I purchased a cafe 4 door fridge. It was perfect and what I was looking for. The people there were very nice and helped with any questions that I had.

Looks good. Super spacious. Love auto refill. Still discovering.

Love this refrigerator, waited a long time for it but it was totally worth the weight. GE does it again, highly recommend it.

BestBuy is absolute worst in customer service. If I knew what is coming, I would go somewhere else, not worth the aggravation and miniscule discount. I am writing the review because it's the only way to warn potential customers what not to expect. We spend more the 15K on items that were supposed to be just delivered, no install or anything. The items got delivered on the FOURTH!!! Try. First was just a delay, second miscommunication with a driver, third scheduling error. Not once that anyone called and informed that items won't be delivered, that with BestBuy calling every time a day before and confirming the delivery. Not once on the day of the delivery anyone called and try to reschedule or inform the owner not to wait for it, deliveries are schedule during the working day, so I have to take days off every time! Twice!! The supervisor gave me his word that items will be delivered and failed on his words. And to top all of this they promised the compensation that they never delivered as well!! First they promised 10% then they could not do it because the computer won't issue the refund excuse, then gift card won't ship in the large amount at the end I got nothing, they just tell you to go away and stop bothering.

Great fridge. I looked at other fridge’s this one was the best choice.

Can’t give a review because it arrived with a broken water fixture. They had to return it then couldn’t get another one for us. They did offer to give us a loaner until they could but we declined. Thanks for trying :/

Scratches on the edges, I dont know if it was at delivery time

Did not work and I've been sitting without a fridge for 4 days now. Still no solution to this issue.

Great Fridge, fair price. The two gentlemen that delivered the appliance were professional and respectful. Having said all that, our hardwood floors were damaged when they dropped the fridge they were moving out. I am not sure that I will ever use Best Buy again. Saving a few dollars is not worth it if their subcontractors damage our house.

I bought this product last year October for my kitchen remodeling early this year. I am loving the fridge. If I hadn't bought a refrigerator for my parents before mine, I would have bought this for them. I have never had a regular depth fridge, and this gave me all the rooms for all my traditional food we eat in my house. I love cooking and filling up the fridge. The only drawback I have is that the middle freezer drawer does not easily close just as the other drawers. once you pull it out to get whatever you need, trying to push it back feels like it is snagging or there's a stopper, you have to kinda wiggle it before you can be able to put it back. For the price, there shouldn't be any mechanical issues at all. I am not happy with that part. I have 3-year warranty on it through BestBuy and not sure if I am supposed to reach out to them or call Cafe/GE for the problem that I am having. Overall, I love it. Has enough capacity, the back light and all the storage I need to store different types of soup, stew, rice, plantain, goat meat for families. I love cooking and this is perfect.

I love the design of this fridge. I was originally going to put in a wine cooler in my kitchen but space didn't allow. This is as if it read my mind: Don't eat too much frozen food, need a wine chiller, and didn't have an organized fridge in the past. With so many drawers I'm sure this will look clean and everything is easy to find. Whoever designed this was just brilliant!!
