I can't say enough good things about this refrigerator. It keeps the food evenly cooled at the perfect temperature. There is so much room and storage. It connects to your Wi-Fi to deliver updates and notifications to your phone. The platinum glass finish is beautiful.

We’ve owned this refrigerator for 10 months and it has stopped cooling already. A GE technician is scheduled to look at it this week. Along with a dead refrigerator the ice dispenser is very load compared to others, screws are falling out from underneath the door because the plastic is stripped out completely from factory. The rolling shelf’s in the freezer are very squeaky. I want to love this machine but for almost $4000 it turned out to be a dud so far. Let’s hope the repair is simple. GE’s warranty is covering this so far. I’d almost rather a replacement.

We received our GE Cafe Modern Glass Refrigerator and we love our new Refrigerator. The installation crew were very professional and helpful.

Had for 7 months love it!! But tonight our door shattered, no one was even buy it! So not sure why it did! Pray they fix it for free you pay that much for a fridge and it shatters!! Not happy!!!

This is a very pretty fridge. The back lighting is very nice and the design pattern is unique. I like the fridge layout with different shelf heights to accommodate whatever you may need to store. The ice and water dispenser work great. The 'autofill' feature is too smart for it's own good. Push the 'autofill' button, the water container is 'sensed' and the water is dispensed automatically - no pushing the container against the back to trigger the water flow. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with those 10 seconds I'll save by not having to stand there to get water, but I'm sure it'll be important. The middle drawer is great since you can chose the temperature and make it an extension of your fridge of freezer. I've been using it for drink storage and it's worked out really well. The freezer is very deep, and holds quite a bit. The freezer has 3 compartments, the middle seemingly the least functional due to size. I did learn the 'hard' way that the uppermost compartment is more of a 'soft' freezer and had some items thaw there. Nothing major and my own fault for not thinking that through. Overall, a very pretty fridge with features that work well. It's probably the nicest fridge I've ever owned.

Bought this refrigerator because of the new platinum glass front, great size and nice features. The glass front really doesn't show fingerprints . I like the pantry doors and the large freezer compartment with a sliding pizza drawer built in . It has many nice large drawers in the refrigerator section and also has a separate, large, full size across, drawer that you can control the temperature, depending on how cold you want it to be. The whole back inside lights up which is very eye catching, My favorite feature, so far, is the ice maker. This is the first refrigerator that I have ever owned that really makes crushed ice that is almost like shaved ice. I have only owned this item for 2 weeks but so far I am very happy with it.

This has been by far the best Refrigerator my family has ever had. We had a GE Profile French Door that lasted 13 years, but this Cafe Modern Glass fridge is amazing. It perfect for our families needs and the way we use the fridge. The fridge is just simple comfortable. There is a space for everything, the middle drawer is so convenient and versatile with the adjustable glass dividers. At first the light seems dim in comparison with led lights from past fridge, but since the light mainly comes from the back you can see everthing vs top light only and in past if you put stuff on top it blocks the light. The auto water fill feature is a time saver especially filling up 20+ oz of water for coffee machine or water bottles. The only thing that could improve is the ice dispenser, it makes a mess unless you put the cup all the way to top and hold it. The outside doors look sleek and are easy to clean, no more stainless steel streaks. The no handles thing takes a bit to get used to and almost closed on my hands trying to close both doors at the same time, but that just takes time to get used to. We compared this to Top of the line Samsung fridge with all the bells and whistles and the quality of this Cafe fridge was by far better. The samsung has more tech but reviews show it breaks down constantly. We went with GE again after our other GE lasted 13 years and this Cafe is built like a tank and has everything we need. I highly recommend this CAFE Moden Glass fridge, its on the higher end in prices but the quality is amazing .

beautiful and easy to clean with the glass front - so nice not to have handle - gives extra room in the kitchen. The overall compartments and inside seem a bit small from our LG; the third drawer is awesome with glass dividers and sturdy - but tends to freeze your stuff even on the middle setting; the back lighting is awesome and the grey interior makes night rummaging easy on the eyes! large freezer but typical plastic drawers will mostly likely break.

Pros: Looks good. Glass exterior is easier to clean than stainless. Motion sensing light on the water/ice dispenser makes it easy to get a glass of water at midnight. Love the temp adjustable drink drawer. Lots of room in the freezer. Drawers in freezer laid out well. Soft LED lighting and fridge interior design is very good. Cons: Little ice fragments come out along with the cubes (not a big deal...). Drink drawer will freeze in the back if set to "drink" setting (Leave it on "Wine" and you will be fine). Overall, very nice fridge.

Overall a visually stunning fridge with some oddities. I like the features and the looks. My wife was very happy with the Cafe package we picked up. I am not happy that it didn't come with a ice bucket for the freezer section. I am also concerned about long term reliability. The freezer just died and ruined my meat. Over $250 in protein in the trash! The software doesn't warn you that the fridge has a fault. I can log into software that says everything is ok.

We replaced our not very old Kenmore Elite with the GE Cafe. The Cafe is pretty amazing. Very spacious and the lighting is unique. The best thing about this refrigerator is that it even gets COLD. Unlike out old refrigerator, which always broke down every year and never really got cold. The center drawer is convenient for keeping drinks icy cold. Almost 1 month owning and food doesn't spoil as quickly as the old fridge. The exterior is very easy to clean and doesn't leave prints like on stainless steel.

Originally when purchased our freezer went out within one/two days then the fridge went out a week later. Luckily Best Buy made it easy for us to get a replacement. Overall, the fridge looks very nice. It looks even better in person! We haven’t had it long and other than our first experience we’re pleased with the product and have high hopes for it. The fridge part is very roomy! The middle drawer (part of the fridge) has sliding dividers that make it easy to fit a cake, deli meat, cheese, veggies, etc. You can essentially customize the size of the drawer by moving the dividers. You can also make it to cool or make it a freezer. Love the glass look!! Easy to clean!

We purchased this refrigerator in June 2022 and we have had issues with it leaking from under the freezer door area. Don't get me wrong, we love this unit but we have had Best Buy out to our home now about 9x just for the leaking. They have made multiple repairs thinking that will solve the issue but it has not. I've read reviews and haven't seen other people reporting this issue. Its a beautiful fridge but frustrating with having to get so many repaurs and the problem still not fixed. I'm at this point im ready to move on from this fridge but they keep trying to repair something that isn't getting fixed. I recommend waiting to write your review until you've had it a couple of months. Ours started leaking a month after it was installed!

I admit i bought this for appearance and functionality and it doesn’t disappoint. I love the glass finish on the front, the adjustable shelf for tall items, the multiuser drawer that I use for wine and beverages, the in-door ice machine, three trays in the freezer. And the lighting of the back wall inside the fridge is amazing.

This fridge is beautiful, and it has several really nice features: (1) The light wall and lighting in general are just stellar, (2) the separate temperature for the drawer is a great feature and works well, (3) we LOVE the autofill feature on the water, and (4) you can close the doors in any order. Controls feel intuitive and it's easy to use. Temperatures are spot on. It's basically silent. Shelves and door storage feels intuitive and gives the options needed. I will agree with other reviews that the feel of the freezer drawer closing is clunky. It doesn't feel cheap or like it will break, but it just feels literally clunky. Definitely not that smooth luxury feel of a good soft-close drawer. Also, it's easy to break the dairy door because it doesn't auto close when you close the door with it still open. I've already cracked it after it flew off the door when I forgot to close the dairy door before closing the fridge door. All in all, I'd buy again and am quite pleased with the purchase. (Best Buy's delivery was the best experience I've ever had with delivery -- super professional and safe even in the middle of a pandemic.)

Pro’s: We love the look of the refrigerator, inside and out. Very stylish and sleek looking. The lighting inside is very nice looking. Good amount of space and organization abilities in the refrigerated portion. The small refrigerated drawer comes in handy for parties and even everyday use. We use ours for sodas and snacks for our daughter because it is easy to get to and find what she is looking for. Cons: The ice maker is small, doesn’t hold a lot of ice and is slow to make ice when it is used. When getting ice and water, the lever is a bit difficult to use without pushing it with one hand and holding your cup with the other. The water spout also will drip 1-2 drops after moving your cup so you end up with nasty water spots all over the shiny chrome catch tray.

I can't review longevity. But i do love this refrigerator. The 3 drawers in the freezer make organizing easy. Plenty of fridge space. The back panel light is also really nice. Looks great too

Love love love! So much space in this refrigerator. Love the back lit glass that illuminates the entire area. Finger prints from the kids are not as easily seen compared to our last stainless steel refrigerator. The ice machine makes smaller cubes and the sensor water feature is pretty cool. The freezer holds a great amount of items. The middle shelf is a great little added extra. We haven’t figured out the error for the WiFi connection and that would be my only irritation with this item, but that’s technology for ya! Overall it’s huge and holds a large amount of food for our family of 6 and we are very pleased with this product so far.
