This Cafe refrigerator is great! Its glass finish is so sleek and modern and easier to keep clean than stainless steel. We recently went through a 9 hour power outage due to excessive high temperatures our area was experiencing and we didn’t loose a single item in the freezer or the refrigerator.

Refrigerator is beautiful and spacious, love the design. Only problem I have with it is the doors. Left side door (ice /water) shuts with a heavy impact. The right side has to be push almost all the way to close.

Great fridge. Freezer has alot of storage and easy to finf items with the 2 pull out draws. Ice maker does not store alot of ice. If your a big ice user i would buy a portable ice maker.

Beware that that water filters are chipped to reject reasonably priced generics. $50 vs. $11 twice per year is a scam. I thought highly of GE until I saw the price of a XWFE which is the exact same thing as a normally priced XWF cartridge but they charge $40 extra for a $0.30 chip that is under the label. I bought a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and fridge all in one go and would have picked another brand if I'd known they were trying to lock down consumables like this. Total bate and switch.

I did alot of research before purchasing this fridge and have to say, it has not failed to meet expectations. The wifi and Cafe app allow you to check ice levels, change temperature settings, and provide the status of filter life. The solid backlit wall really makes it easy to find items in the top compartment. This refridgerator is quiet and runs better than our Samsung fridge, which was nothing but trouble.

Beautiful fridge. My only complaints are 1) the finish just inside the doors tends to collect dust/smudges rather quickly and 2) the ice maker drips water very slowly and sometimes ejects a piece of ice when the fridge is closed quickly.

Elegant design that receives a lot of compliments from guests. Love this high end Cafe French Door Refrigerator. Recommend downloading the app to ensure that it is running efficiently. The app will notify if there needs to be service done or change the water filter. Plenty of storage space for your food!

This fridge is an elegant design, easy to clean, spacious inside, its multiple drawers with large storage capacity help to store food in a practical and orderly way. I love this fridge!

Love it! Best refrigerator in 60 years! Everything about it is excellent from Interior design to glass class layer on outside doors. About time someone's imagination kicked in.Well worth the price! Design people should get a bonus! Now hope GE truly stands behind it!

Everything is great except for the auto dispenser for water. It often shows error and you have to try multiple times. Gimmick.

Had a Samsung that was plagued w issues. It appears a lot of small details were not over looked and the new design lured us in. So far it has been awesome. Lots of compliments on looks.

Got the refrigerator hooked up on June 23, 2022. Overall, a nice refrigerator. A few annoying things ... 1) The door does not close smoothly. 2) The right-side door "lip", touches the left side door when closing and makes a "brushing" sound. 3) The freezer drawers do not open cleanly and make noise. This is perhaps because of the packing tape, which I find it impossible to remove. I wish it was removed by the techs who installed the fridge. 4) Perhaps this is common thing, but the fridge compressor does make some noise during the day (just like my old GE fridge did). I would have thought that technology may have improved (in "sound" management") after 15 years.

We are so pleased with our Cafe French Door frig! It’s extremely well organized and well lit so everything is at your fingertips. Besides that the glass on the front is really special…. And doesn’t show fingerprints like regular stainless.

Works amazing and a very quiet refrigerator. Installation was a breeze and please remember to dispose of the first 2 full buckets of ice and go through a couple gallons of water (let that filter do some work before consuming the water).

So far my wife and I love it. There's even more space inside than we thought. The outside is easy to clean and beautiful same for the interior. The set up was surprisingly simple and the functional features are very clean and modern. If you're willing to spend a couple K we'd recommend it.

Great high end fridge; adaptable middle freezer or fridge drawer is a real convenience; interior LED lighting is outstanding and no fingerprints.

Fridge has lot of space. and looks very sturdy. Freezer keep on sending us false alarm in app. and everything gets completely covered with ice in freezer

This is a very attractive and spacious fridge. The water and ice dispenser works well. The middle drawer however does not control temperature very accurately and has frozen our drinks on several occasions. Worse is the way the interior is designed. Within several weeks of owning the fridge, we broke the dairy bin door because it made contact with the inside of the fridge when we closed the door. Pretty expensive to replace. Nice appliance but I'm not sure it's worth the price. Not bad, but not great.

The fridge is beautiful, don't get me wrong. But there are some obviously glaring issues with the fridge. The first is quality control. My unit came with the freezer drawers scratched up really bad. This wasn't due to shipping since nothing in the freezer could move around during shipping since it was packed nicely. The biggest complain is I opened up a ticket with the manufacturer a week ago and have yet to get a response. I'm glad the people at Best Buy are so amazing, they followed up asking me about my fridge delivery/install a day or two after installation, and I told him about the scratched drawer and he has a replacement coming out this week. The next issue is with the middle flex drawer. The temps are not adjustable, i.e. the 'beverage' setting is locked at 32 degrees and cannot be modified. Most diet beverages freeze at 32 degrees :) I woke up with 4-5 cans of diet coke having exploded. Kinda beats the whole purpose of a beverage setting if most of the beverages on the market are going to explode at that temperature. And since it's 'smart' (read dumb) it's a pain to remove so very difficult to clean. Ice dispenser also just makes a mess. Ice dispenser is very high up, but no matter who close you get the rim of your container/glass/cup to the ice dispenser, ice will be all over your floor.
