To some it may sound lot but think about it , you don’t have to watch it like you would if you use a griddle. Love every feature of this amazing fancy microwave. The grill plate included is really good quality. You don’t need to use any spray, its non-stick. All in all really happy with all the cafe appliances.

Wifi is easy to connect. I reheated cold pizza that was sitting in the fridge for 2 days with its setting and it came out perfect, the dough never gets hard even when left on the table for 30 minutes. Worth the wait.

Way more features than our old GE Cafe microwave and makes the kitchen look even better/more sophisticated. It’s nice having presets for certain foods and getting the same displays as the oven beneath it. Installers were very professional and paid attention to the details. Again, we couldn’t be happier with this purchase and highly recommend it.

This thing has so many bells and whistles that I can’t possibly use them all before I die! It’s very sensitive cooking technologies make it so easy to prepare dinners in advance with precision. Cleaning is a breeze and my initial fears regarding finger prints were unfounded. I only wish it would make my bed! I would marry this appliance if I wasn’t already engaged!

Overall I like the aesthetic of the brand and enjoy appliance.

Worst Oven I've ever owned.

We had service come and say temps were way off and supposedly fix it but the problem continues. Perhaps we got a lemon.

Other than the delayed delivery of it, due to the supply chain shortage, it has made our cooking and baking a bit more enjoyable. It has so many more features than a regular microwave. We love it!

Defective unit...

Today, I found out that a "mega something" blew out and the oven needs to be replaced. This is not an inexpensive microwave...but an expensive unit that will now need to be replaced. Because it is platinum glass to match my other appliances, I don't have an option but to purchase the same disastrous unit...and pay $350 for an extended warranty.
