So far so good unit is working like it should we are very happy with at this point. We love the look. A little lite on storage in freezer but we will work with it.

Delivery was quick and easy. Fridge is as expected. Seems very good quality. Like the hidden water pitcher not on the front of the door. Love the interior Color. The gray is a welcome change from the standard white interior.

Beautiful and practical. It’s spacious and easy to use

We've had this about 4 month; it looks good and the freezer design is smart for the bottom freezer style. Unfortunately, we woke up to a weird noise this morning and noticed the freezer isn't working properly. The food has thawed out and there are water droplets everywhere. I will be contacting GE for repair, since it is still under warranty, but it is unfortunate we are having issues already and that a lot of freezer items will have to be thrown out.

Delivery team was nice, efficient, knowledgeable AND was on time. Gid im so thankful. I have an event at 7 pm so I asked for them to come in the morning and the did. They fixed my water line. Thank you!

This review is not so much the product but the damage it had from shipping, at warehouse or delivery. Take your pick because nobody admits they did the damage, but best buy sends it anyway. Oh, best buy sent a replacement but had to wait weeks for it. I understand accidents happen but sending damaged goods anyway seems such a waste.

I was forced to do the review before the product even got delivered or I would lose the $10 gift certificate, so it’s a 1 star. Hoping the fridge is good.

This came without an ice box. I called so many times and they would not exchange it or return it. Now I am left with a fridge that does not make ice, that I paid >4K for.

Very happy with quality, design and appearance. Great buy!
