I’m disappointed not having come with a manual, I called cafe but they said they don’t carry anymore

Top of the line for a residential range. Love the high input top burners. Easy to clean top.

Meaningless apologies and the wasted HOURS on the phone across so many support reps with STILL no actual resolution? The installers left a gas leak from their shoddy installation telling us the smell was just the normal new appliance smell and we should just burn off the oven for an hour. I fear what actually would have happened had I not opened the window and ran our fans all night. Our local gas company confirmed things could have been fatal when they came the next morning for an emergency call due to the overwhelming odor the next day. On top of this, and in my opinion, a little too coincidentally, my credit card was compromised (and used to make purchases at Best Buy I did not make) shortly after I provided it over the phone for the conversion of natural gas to liquid propane for the appliance as the installers stood outside my office while I paid. If you value you life or that of others in your home in any way, I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere for your appliance needs

I love the look of the stainless steel. The burners work great. I wanted a professional range this one is very close and I saved some money.

Outstanding except for allowing online user to erroneously order installation without conversion from natural gas to liquified propane. Granted online orderer has responsibilities. However Best Buy should know Hawaii has no natural gas and could help by disabling that choice to avoid installation issues.

Great stove! I love having 6 burners instead of five. It makes a lot of difference in my cramped kitchen space. I love how easy it is to manage the flame for a consistent heat level.

So far so good. Love the design of the slide in range. Still learning about the features this range offers. When I used the oven to bake, I had to adjust the temp in the settings section because it wasn’t getting hot enough for 350 degrees. Once I Reviewed the instructions online and made the adjustment it worked just great. Not sure why I needed to do that as I have always known from my kitchen aid range , once it’s plugged in you are ready to bake, cook etc. like I’m sharing it’s new and I’m learning. I wish it would have come with printed instructions.

I've seen my new Cafe range on line and can't wait until it is in stock and delivered! It's beautiful and will complement my kitchen! It's difficult getting the white color but the Cafe color is beautiful!

Recently purchased this stove and have used it daily. Besides it’s great looks it is a pleasure to use. Love it! The 6 burners are able to be utilized without the grill insert. Thus allowing for easier placement of several pots. It also has numerous functions to enhance cooking! If you are in the market for a stove with quality and functionality I recommend you check this one out! You won’t be disappointed!!!
