We bought all new appliances for our brand new built home and chose the Cafe line. This 5.7 Cu. Ft. slide in range is terrific and beautiful. From the lighted rings around each burner knob to the intelligently designed slide out over tray, it simply is a high quality range and in the short time we've had it, has cooked some great meals. The burners heat up really fast and if you remove a pan from the stove, immediately turn off and then back on when the pan is placed back on the burner. You have multiple size options and the rapid heat burner comes up to high temperature very quickly. The oven offers two ways to clean it. The first is to place a cup of water on the bottom and use the steam cycle to clean up light spills. There's a more traditional electric clean cycle if you have more baked on messes. The oven grates are black, and won't look dirty like most shiny stainless grates and with Wifi app control, you can control the oven from anywhere you have a Wifi connection. The ONLY thing I would change is Cafe chose a beautiful Stainless finish, but it's a finger print magnet and I would have like to see a finish which didn't show finger prints as easily. That's a small nit for such a great range. This is a great compliment to our kitchen and I'm sure we'll prepare many great meals in great style.

This Café electric convection range CES700P2MS1 was a great replacement to our 15 year old GE Profile convection range. We now have the added feature of wifi connection which has worked flawlessly since setting up. First update provided controls for air frying. Love the front control, heavy feeling knobs, and everything heating up quickly. We added the optional stainless steel filler kit JXFILLR1SS to keep things from falling down the cracks and to protect the glass edge. Looking forward to using the Chef Connect feature when the Café microwave CVM521P2MS1 gets installed later this month.

Love my new oven. Heats evenly and has many settings which is easy to use. Elements on top work great and have had no issues so far. Only drawback is my belly always hits the touch screen but it's really not a big deal. I enjoy that it connects to my phone also. Its such an elegant looking piece!

I have been using my new Cafe' range for almost six weeks thus far and am very pleased. The reason for only 4 stars is the lack of instructions on using the Power Boil burner. (And contrary to GE's answer to my question about it, detailed instructions are not on page 8, or elsewhere, in the self-printed manual.) Also, it is not made clear that to access the ability to Air Fry, one must connect via WiFi for an update for that feature. Once I figured that out, I have found the Air Fry feature works well. I was fortunate to find a very good sale on this range; otherwise, I probably would not have bought such an expensive range. GE's "Guaranteed to Fit" offers to reimburse up to $300 for any modifications needed to make it fit. It was necessary to have my solid surface countertop modified. I have sent in my paperwork, but so far I have heard nothing from GE after almost six weeks.

Happy is an understatement about how much we are enjoying this LG Studio range, paired with the LG Studio matte white fridge makes our kitchen look so trendy and we get tons of compliments. Did I mention this range features an air fryer function that true quality!

We purchased this range a few months ago after having a close call our 6 month old Samsung range almost starting our house on fire. All I can say is that I wish I would’ve gotten this one from the start. It is built well, cooks well, and has some great luxury features.

There is a small white spot on glass top. Otherwise beautiful stove. I have not had a chance to use the oven. I am st I ll getting used to knobs and temperatures. Glass top not flush to counter, should it be?

We purchased this GE Cafe because we were looking for an oven/range that had not been rated poorly. Although this was a new item at the time, and there were no reviews, we felt that GE Cafe's reputation should mean it was a high quality oven/range. This is a slide in range. Pros: 1. Range top heats up must more quickly than my old one (Old one was a Dacor.) 2. Display is nice and controls can be locked, for child safety. 3. Range top has options for several different pot sizes for several of the burners. 4. There is a warming burner on the stove top as well as a warming drawer below the oven. Cons: 1. Volume of Chime is very low. - and we do not have any hearing issues. We even set the volume to the highest level. Despite that, it's still hard to hear the chime alerting you that the oven has preheated. We called GE and were told it can't get any higher. 2. Oven temperature was way off. This oven can be recalibrated up to 35 degrees up or down but no more. Prior to recalibration we found that when the oven was set to 350 degrees, according to the oven thermometer, the temperature never reached more than 325 degrees. A service technician told us that, even after recalibration, we should wait another 15 to 20 minutes from when we hear the chime before putting food in the oven to bake. 3. The rubber gasket where the range top meets the stainless steel has a gap. A technician tried to push it back in, but it has risen up again. The tech told us the rubber gasket was for aesthetic purposes only; however, in our opinion, it should still lay flat and flush. Other comments about this product: The GE Cafe instructions on cleaning the oven top are specific. They only recommend one product. - I purchased this product; however, I think that the instructions should be clear as to whether any other product specific for ceramic and glass top stoves can also be used. If not, the instructions should say that use of other products will void warranty. The stainless steel should be cleaned with a cleaner for stainless steel. The control panel shows finger prints very easily. Make sure you have your control panel locked when cleaning. I gave this a 3 star review because of the Con issues. We loved our old Dacor oven/range but because a part broke that was no longer being made we had to get a new oven/range. We could not get another Dacor because we were told Dacor no longer made electric ranges. Therefore, we chose what we felt would go best with our other appliances and did not have any bad negative reviews.

This range has a beautiful design and will add a touch of class to any kitchen. It has many good features including a power boil burner, temperature probe for the oven, rolling rack, European convection, and warming drawer. Few ranges today include a warming drawer, which is mainly why we selected it.

I've only had this range for a month. It's beautiful, easy to clean and simple to use. The electronic interface is more user friendly than others I've seen. I like that it turns off when not in use. The knobs are well made. It was a nice surprise they have a subtle white ring of light around them to let you know they are on. The burners heat up fast and their is a quiet fan that engages with their use. The oven is huge. The middle rack with the slide out was convenient when I made a heavy roast. The probe roasting worked flawlessly. I've baked some cakes that turned out so much nicer than my last oven. I think the temperature is more accurate. However, if it wasn't it's very easy to adjust in the control panel. I'm really looking forward to cooking Thanksgiving dinner in this very elegant range!

1 month in and loving it so far. The ability to have Alexa start a pre-heat or if I have that nagging feeling I left something in to use my phone to turn off is great. The power boil is no joke and I haven’t mastered using that burner for regular cooking yet but everything else is fast, efficient and true to spec. Really like the oven rack system and probe for meet temps. It wasn’t the stove I wanted, but I am very satisfied with what I have for the price point, it matches my other appliances and has a lot of very nice features that make it an excellent buy and choice. I’m really happy! I purchase all appliances with the Total Protection plan and 24 months warranty on all purchase is the way to go! Oh and Installation buys were great too. I sound like a ‘fan’ but out of all my Best Buy installs this was the best.

Stove is very stylish, professional looking, and has many convenient features, besides basic cooking. I like the ability to use Alexa to turn on and preheat. Also the fact that the knobs require a slight pressure to turn on, which means you won’t accidentally brush up against them and turn on accidentally. There’s also a light ring around each knob to let you know a burner is on. All in all a very nice slide in range. Pricey but nice.

Had this stove only 1 month so still a work in progress. Was on the fence about this stove because of WiFi and other electronics problems from other reviewers. (Also looked at the Bosch benchmark. The Cafe was in stock; Bosch was back-ordered. So far, the burners work great! Soup doesn’t curdle, garlic doesn’t burn, noodles boil consistently, hard-boiled eggs come out perfectly (cooked) and not cracked. My old stove failed on nearly all cooktop foods. Oven is quiet (compared to my old one), consistently even temperature even when it’s not on convection. Racks are hard to move (except for the one on sliders). I haven’t used the warming drawer yet. I haven’t decided whether to hook up the WiFi to my phone yet. Would like to try the baked goods setting (only available thru WiFi), but have to do more research on results first. Don’t need anymore alerts from my phone if it doesn’t improve the oven that much. I didn’t mention that the stove is beautiful to look at. I am a gourmet cook and baker so I hate to spend all that time on a complicated recipe only to achieve poor results because of the stove.

Looks good and performs good. Wish it had the glass finish.
