I have reached out for help and just given 1-800 numbers. I have soooo much time invested in buying , coordinating and correcting issues. Look elsewhere

It is sleek looking and opens up vertical space. It is so convenient to be able to cooks foods at different temperatures. Most of my baking can be done in the smaller top oven.

Sales people snd website mention an electric broil “element” in upper oven. It is NOT a broiler. It is an electric book to help keep heat even instead of convection. Other than being disappointed about that. I love it. The burners are very high heat. Boil water super fast. Preheat to 400 degrees in 8 minutes. Amazing. Both are good for cookies. I have come to like the upper dual heat verses convection best. Although both ovens are very nice. Will I bought the microwave 5 days later. Then in another 2 weeks ordered the fridge! GE Cafe has me hooked !

I am disappointed in the fact that the top oven is electric, i was not aware of this until after the install.and the air fryer is a disappointment as well it either under cooks or burns the food so far. For the cost of this range i would expect much better performance. I do love having 6 burners and like i said it is beautiful but everything about the oven breaks my heart.

We can confirm that while there are certain features that can be exclusively utilized in the lower oven (such as convection and broil), the fuel type for this range is set to Natural Gas. The only issue I have with this double oven (and all double ovens similar to it) is that to see or remove anything in the bottom oven you almost need to sit on the floor to do it.

Delivery crew were friendly, professional, and efficient. With currently supply/demand issues best buy was the only place that could get me this stove in less than 3 months. It did get pushed out by a few weeks but still much sooner than every where else I looked.
