Customers find value in the large oven size, ease of use, and stylish design of this 6.7 Cu. Ft. Slide-In Double Oven Gas True Convection Range. The Wi-Fi connectivity is also a plus for many users. However, some customers have noted that the stainless steel finish is prone to scratching. Overall, the positive feedback on the oven's functionality and appearance outweighs the concerns about the stainless steel.

If you need to use ovens frequently, do not buy!

I had a Cafe for 12 yrs prior to this one. The 6 cooking burners on top of this are GREAT. (What an improvement over the old stove's worthless elongated middle burner.) However, the racks in this new oven (in BOTH ovens) stick -- badly -- and is scratching the coating off the side walls of the ovens. GE sent me 2 sets of replacement racks -- didn't help. Then, they replaced the entire range -- and the new one is doing the same thing. Also, the new range arrived with 3 good-sized gouges in the coating of the bottom oven. I'm very torn because the burners work great, but I use my oven a lot, too -- and this is not acceptable. Can't believe there haven't been more complaints about this!
We appreciate your feedback and truly want to help! Please reach out to us via a private message on social media, like Facebook or X and include this review along with your name, address, email and phone number. We can send you some graphite lubricate that will help. We recommend removing the rack from the oven and wiping down the sidetracks and then placing a couple drops on the tracks on the left and right sides of the oven and then replace the rack and open and close the rack several times to distribute the lubricant. Note: A small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel will also work well.

Not what I had hoped.

I bought this range two and a half years ago, and loved it initially. Sadly, after the first year the original range had to be replaced by the manufacturer due to a faulty starter. Now the bottom oven turns off automatically if we open the door. If you have preheated the oven, and then put something in it to cook, it just turns off! Unfortunately, we found this out on Christmas day when we had a large dinner that was supposed to be cooking. It is still under an extended warranty that I purchased separately, but why would I want another Cafe? Now I am going to have to deal AGAIN with jumping through hoops to get this resolved. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear that these issues are happening, especially since the factory warranty has since expired. We're glad to hear, however, that you're taking advantage of the extended warranty you paid for. We do hope that we can work hard in the future to earn your trust back. All the best. -Michael@Cafe
