It’s easy to clean. I pull like 4-6 shots a day for myself and the wife and it’s just simple compared to a normal machine. Worth every penny.

It is not hot enough. Sadly beside it looking good, i have nothing else good to say

When you open for cleaning it's disgusting and you lose a lot of coffee and money

I have found that if I want my coffee hotter I can just hit it with the steam wand for 10 seconds and it becomes piping hot. I do whish there was more customization allowed in the app, but... it's a cup of coffee, and a quality one at that. This is the first ciffee maker I've ever used where I will willingly choose to drink my coffee black occasionally. If you just want an espresso shot, it can do that too. It does the same job as the $1500 pico baristo espresso machine at my work does... in fact, I actually like the flavors this espresso machine pulls out even better.

I've had it for 2 weeks and i'm very happy with it so far. I have been enjoying lattes every morning now without having to leave the house. My only issue and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the milk frother. I need to froth the milk a 2nd time in order to get it hot enough. Frothing once just isnt quite hot enough. Otherwise no complaints. Having everything in one machine is very convenient.

Wonderful tasting expresso preset is about the only part what is a good electronic feature but I would expect the app telling me refill coffee beans, water level etc. I give 4 stars for great expresso

But don't expect it to make the best espresso. The quality of espresso is ok, slightly watery and not enough crema as you would get from a nespresso machine. But the cofffee is good for a quality morning or afternoon pick me up! I wish there is a feature you can adjust strength of the coffee!

What surprised me is how quite it is compared to other auto espresso machines I have had. I have so far just used the default espresso which has provided wonderful flavor. Granted, it is only my wife and I, so we like the smaller size. Quite a difference from the Saeco I had before. Great crema on top and provides several different options. I primarily drink Americanos, and have gotten hooked on just the espresso!

This espresso machine works great and is very easy to use. Make my mornings all the more enjoyable. Only thing that could make it better is if the “my cup” option could be programmed to have two custom options, maybe a double tap or long hold that could give you multiple options. That’s the only thing that could improve on this in my opinion. Otherwise we’ll satisfied.

I recommend it when you are starting out in the world of espresso and even more so if you are a person who goes against the clock.

Semi automatic so all you have to do is push a few buttons. I tried nespresso, breville, other brands of similar machines and this is by far the best. Same ease as nespresso but way more eco friendly and much easier/cost friendly to buy beans.

Works great and last a couple days worth of beans and water so you don't have to refill everyday. It would be nice if you could leave a cup in there while it rinses into another spot

Nice upgrade

The automatic brewing and grinding is so much cleaner and fresher tasting. Had to change some settings in the app to our liking but it’s perfect now.
