My new favorite appliance. This espresso machine works great and is very easy to use. Make my mornings all the more enjoyable. Only thing that could make it better is if the “my cup” option could be programmed to have two custom options, maybe a double tap or long hold that could give you multiple options. That’s the only thing that could improve on this in my opinion. Otherwise we’ll satisfied.

You can put whole beans in machine and it grinds and feeds them into the spout. This is a much faster brewing method then other systems I have used. Quick and easy clean up. You will need to adjust to your taste.

Had a Gaggia machine for 15 years, this one more simple, elegant, and quiet. Fantastic espresso and easier in the kitchen. highly recommend!

I love this coffee machine. The coffee tastes the same as my Breville Bambino/Baratza Sette setup with way less effort. Pros: -Great coffee (I'm a coffee snob too) -Solid, premium feeling build -Thoughtful design, like the drip tray magnetically attaching -Easy to use with some nice drink customizations in the app like grind time, water temp, and drink size Cons (minor gripes): -The water tanks comes out from the top, which is difficult if it goes under your cabinets -The steam wand is low powered, but gets the job done. I personally use a Bodum jug milk frother on the side. -It has you descale every month, which is way more than other coffee machines. I don't understand why they feel that's necessary, but they do permit you to use vinegar and don't try to sell expensive proprietary solutions. It also doesn't have an option for a water filter, which may or may not be important to you.

I’ve had this for about 6 months and the ease of use and quality of espresso has been great. It’s probably not for the true connoisseur, but it’s more than satisfactory for anyone from the Starbucks generation. I also get a lot of compliments on it just for it’s aesthetic appeal on my counters, will look to add more Café appliances to my kitchen setup.

The machine itself is great! I love it. Im still working on the app and getting it to work so that I can change settings. I do wish there was a way to change settings (not on an app)

bought this last year for my wife. she loves the simplicity of it. espresso is great tasting....other friends have very complicated machines that after several years..still don't understand the instructions etc. you will love this machine! everything is a push of a button..easy/peasy

Overall great machine. Seems to need a lot of attention- constantly having to stir beans, refill water, etc. But quality is great.

It is too loud, too slow and too much maintenance, it uses a TON of grounds, the water runs out so fast, you have to be very careful to not have any water drips on outside of water pitcher or you get vapor lock. It is not hot enough. Sadly beside it looking good, i have nothing else good to say

Some of the reviews complain about the temperature of the coffee and whatnot... I have found that if I want my coffee hotter I can just hit it with the steam wand for 10 seconds and it becomes piping hot. I do whish there was more customization allowed in the app, but... it's a cup of coffee, and a quality one at that. This is the first ciffee maker I've ever used where I will willingly choose to drink my coffee black occasionally. If you just want an espresso shot, it can do that too. It does the same job as the $1500 pico baristo espresso machine at my work does... in fact, I actually like the flavors this espresso machine pulls out even better.

Makes excellent coffee - but after just a few cups you need to refill the water reservoir and empty the coffee grounds receptacle.

This machine it's very fancy but don't match the price for the quality, you need to cleaning every week and it's the same with calibrate. When you open for cleaning it's disgusting and you lose a lot of coffee and money

Great machine! I've had it for 2 weeks and i'm very happy with it so far. I have been enjoying lattes every morning now without having to leave the house. My only issue and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the milk frother. I need to froth the milk a 2nd time in order to get it hot enough. Frothing once just isnt quite hot enough. Otherwise no complaints. Having everything in one machine is very convenient.

I replaced my 14 y old jura 7 for this automated machine. Wonderful tasting expresso preset is about the only part what is a good electronic feature but I would expect the app telling me refill coffee beans, water level etc. I give 4 stars for great expresso

Easy to use. Make great espresso. Kind of noisy but we use it all the time.

Worth every penny, make s great espresso and has a good milk steamer. Its easy to use keep clean.

Perfect, delicous and easy to use and love the size and color.

It is the second espresso machine that I bought, the first was more manual, it has its pros and cons, it is easier to use with less time. I recommend it when you are starting out in the world of espresso and even more so if you are a person who goes against the clock.
