Makes great coffee and beginner friendly! Great addition to my coffee bar!

Good if you want the experience of specialty coffe, but id recomend a seperate grinder and a manual espresso machine if you want to go deeper into the coffee world, for fun its great

This coffee machine makes good coffee but has a learning curve to it. The grinder will get stuck at the beginning and it takes some tinkering with to get it to work consistently. The instruction manual is important to keep around.

This is a great espresso machine. It works really well and makes an amazing cup of espresso. The only downside is cleaning. It definitely needs to be cleaned weekly and is a bit of a chore. It's hard to get all of the coffee grounds out of the grinder and takes at least 30 minutes to clean it properly.

I've had a lot of success using this product once. I understood that cleaning needs to be done routinely. I've learned by doing over and over again. Do take the time to use all the cleaning tools provided and read the manual. The oilier the beans, the more easily it gets caked with grounds. I would have given it five stars if preheating to steam milk was more intuitive.

Its simple to use and makes great espressos & cappuccinos. I use it nearly everyday and i have no issues with it. It does make a bit of noise but its not extremely loud.

I purchased this machine to match all my other Cafe appliances. When I was looking to replace my Breville and I wanted a white expresso and the Cafe was so nice. I got rid of the Breville and purchased the Cafe. I can honestly say that was the worst decision. It wasn't nothing wrong with my old machine I simply wanted everything to match. This machine gave me problems after three uses and in 30days the labels on the buttons starting to fade away, the grinds shootout everywhere, the Double Drip don't drip and the beans get stuck in the grind. I never had one issue with my other machine. I was so very excited when I got this machine omg. So, disappointed it doesn't work. Only had it for 32 days. I didn't think to take pics

grinds well and pulls a Nice shot while looking good on the counter. The power button however text is already wiping off / fading after 2 weeks. machine feels well built but in two weeks you only push a button like once a day for it to fade does make you wonder how good it is built. it does seem to be cheaper then the comp items so it will have to cut some corner to be fair

great but have minor issues. easy to scratch the metal parts. the buttons paint with the font has already erased. But it makes great coffee. easy set up grinder settings. no need in WIFI connection - useless feature

I’ve had no issues with this machine. Had it about 3 months. I use it at least 2 times per day, it always works great. Ive heard the grinder is an issue with some, not mine. It is perfect! The only issue ive had so far is purely cosmetic. The writing on the buttons is almost gone, you can basically rub them off. Doesnt matter, i know what they do anyway, just saying…. Its going to happen. Highly recommend this unit.

Bought this for my Girlfriend for Christmas cause she’s always wanted one. We did all the research and some partial bad reviews aside took a chance on this one and it’s incredible. Built by GE so the quality is there. The onky potebtial worry is the steamer is super loud especially for an apartment at 6am when i’m heading out the door. Thatms half due to the build if the steamer but also at the abgke in which you place it in the milk. Takes some work to get around but once you got it down. It’s a dream. Love this espresso machine. Would highly recommend!!

I bought this a month ago and have used it everyday, so easy to use, I love it! But please do clean the grinder every week or else it will start getting messy. White/rose gold look very fancy, that's a plus.

Very nice, simple to use semi automatic espresso machine. The look coordinates with our other Cafe appliances which is a plus. This has a 58mm portafilter like the Breville. The grinder is decent, and convenient. One button hot water makes Americano's a breeze, which is my beverage of choice. This is a great option for those that want espresso, a clean, modern look and a very nice, functional appliance.

Love my espresso machine! I’ve had it for about a year now and no problems! Only complaint would be when the beans are grounded into the cup it does spill grounds a little out. But well worth clean up!

No no no. Do not buy it. I bought it worh imsurance just in case in the furure, something happens, one never knows. HOWEVER, 3 days into it, the burr jammed and there was no troubleahooting in the world good enough to fix it. Went on yourube to see what i could find, turns out, this was a KNOWN issue yet GE (owner of Cafe), doenst want to acknowledge the issue, therefore, i returned it like everykne else did who watched that video. It is a beautiful machine and when i first got it and saw it, I was impressed by the quality of it, i said, FINALLY, something good. But…. NOPE. if youre thinking about buying this machine, I know you’ll be either returning it or on the phone woth customer service which is NO HELP. happy coffee guys. FYI… still looking for a good machine. :(

I honestly feel like I am back working as a barista again! Love the luxery feeo of this machine. Took a a good 20 min to get wverything together but afterwards, making my first cup of coffee was perfect! Continueing to drink a latte a day and this little machine really enjoys putting in the work. So far no issues at all, i would stay at an 8 grind level for best creme and PLEASW invest in good espresso whole beans!

Very good and easy to use espresso machine. Only thing i see wrong is the lettering on buttons after a month are already falling off. Would highly recommend regardless!
