I'll be honest, when I first received this counter top oven, I was skepical. For reference, I've been using a GE 6 slice quartz toaster oven for a year and a half, and it's been great. I wasn't sure how big of an upgrade the Cafe Couture Oven woud be, but it definitely has some intriguing features that piqued my interest. There are 14 features, and while I haven't use them all, the ones that I have used have all worked out well. I've used my current toaster oven a lot, not just for toast and bagels, but as a replacement for my full sized oven. I usually cook for 1 or 2 people, so using a large oven is overkill. One of the few things I use my reguar oven for is yeasted bread, so I was eager to try out the proofing function on this oven. I placed an oiled loaf on the roasting pan and used the preset program of 85 degrees and one hour. At 35 minutes the loaf had doubled in size, so I was able to to punch down the loaf and form it for the pan. It definitely shortened the rise time. I used the bake setting to bake the loaf, and while it didn't turn out as well as it does in my full sized oven, I'm not sure if that might not have been operator error. I also tested the pizza function with a Red Baron frozen pizza. I followed package directions, but it was fully cooked and browned within 8 minutes. When you're learning to use this, make sure you are staying close to monitor your food. It takes much less time to cook than you are used to. I've used the toast and roast functions, and both turned out well, but these are features that you will find on most ovens, so it doesn't seem necessary to go into a ton of detail-- it's toast. Two things to be aware of: The size and the smart functionality. This oven is huge. It takes up a lot of real estate on your counter, so if you have a small kitchen this might not be the right countertop oven for you. The second is the utter uselessness of the smart function. You can control the oven from the app or with a smart speaker, but you have to press and hold the start button for three seconds before you are allowed to control the oven remotely, and then you must start the oven within 10 minutes. I understand this is for safety, but if you want to start preheating the oven while you're in the living room watching tv or when you're on your way home from work, you won't be able to do it with this oven. I'm not really sure what purpose the app serves. Overall, I'm really happy with this oven. Unless I'm cooking for a crowd, this will replace my full sized oven.

The Cafe - Couture Smart Toaster Oven could probably use a better name. It's a highly featured oven on your counter. It would be selling short to just call it a toaster oven. This is a stylish appliance which fits in well with current trends of copper accents and the traditional style of stainless steel. Now, don't forget to look at the dimensions of the oven, it's a good bit larger than a normal toaster oven, big enough to make a dozen cookies comfortably. Although a little on the pricey side, this oven is a hit for cooking without having to heat up your full-size oven. So, why four instead of five stars? Cleaning the unit is a bit of a challenge, especially if you cook anything which might pop or splatter grease or oil onto the cooking rods. There is a convenient crumb tray which slides out from the bottom of the unit, but if cooking anything messier than toast, it's a bit more work. Still, the benefits of this tidy solution outweigh the few extra minutes of occasional wipe down it's going to cost you.

The quality on this Air Fryer toaster oven is excellent. I enjoy Cafe products, and this is no exception. It's quite beautiful, and works the way it's designed to do. Toast browns up and crisps with the finish function perfectly. I use it daily to air fry corn on the cob, asparagus, sweet potatoes, green beans, and it makes a spectacular sliced brussel sprout au gratin. I use parchment paper each time in the Air Fry basket for a no mess clean up. Perfection!!! Love it!!!

Stylish, compact, and easy to use. Price is good. Haven’t used every function, but so far it works well.

Bought this perfect little toaster oven (not so little) when our new Bosch electric stove needed electrician… love it! Love the air fryer for fish, chicken wings… it does everything. Roast, toast, pizza, air fry, broil… glad I bought it, otherwise I’d never know how perfectly sized and quick to cook almost everything.

Beautifully designed. It adds a sophistication to our kitchen and matches all our steel appliances. We have used to make pizza, fries, and refry left over fries. It excels in all of that. Finally, with the fool proof setting for toasts, I can now get really professional quality toasts every morning.

I have wanted to purchase this gorgeous toaster oven for awhile. I don't know why I waited. It is absolutely awesome! I have baked desserts and dinners, used the air fryer, re-heated and toasted in it and everything has come out perfectly! I highly recommend purchasing this GE appliance. It does everything your large oven can do and more! Clean up is a breeze too.

Great little oven, with multiple features. Easy to set up. I tried almost all settings, and never had any issue. Easy to clean. I recommend that oven.

Great air fryer. We had another air fryer that was kind of a hassle. We always had to flip our food multiple times to get even cooking. This one we don't. It crisp great and all the functions work well too. We love the look of it and it completes our Café appliances collection.

So far, I really love this oven. It's so much nicer heating this small oven than my large oven since I'm only cooking for 2.

Had the GE Profile smart oven and returned due to poor door seal allowing condensation. Saw mentioned in Amazon reviews. Decided to get the Cafe Couture as higher rated. Got home and noticed box rattled although outter shipping box still on. Seemed resealed though. Inside actual product box and when opened racks and trays on top of oven- no styrofoam to protect this rattles. Took oven out to inspect and sloppy qC on window seal on inside. Look like another trip back to BB. Cant comment on how it works, but can comment on quality or lack thereof. Also, made in China.

This oven is amazing!!! I love to cook and bbq, I bought this oven to keep heat down in kitchen and as a multi functional cooker. The looks, functionality and features are amazing. I smoked some chicken legs and upset the finish function to crisp legs. I also cooked a 12” pizza to perfection. Best one I have owned

So far, I am enjoying this oven! I am still learning how to use it, as it has so many different features. My only complaint so far is the buttons, dials and even the door feel very cheap! I hope nothing breaks.
