I was happy with the Cafe Couture oven, that I’ve had less than 90 days, when the air-fry mode began making a loud sound last week. Yes…it’s being replaced with a new one, today, but I’m second-guessing making this purchase. Hopefully, I won’t hv issues with the replacement unit!

Looks great and works great. My only complaint would be that it is a little on the small side.

Could not recommend this highly enough - we no longer own a microwave and dont miss it. This does everything better.

Unfortunately after 3 used the Owen light don't show up. It's very sad cause i was falling in love with this product and for the price it is not fine.

This air fryer/oven is very nice. It’s a great compliment to my other GE Smart Home Appliances as they all match aesthetically. It’s a bit bigger than the other popular Air Fryer I’ve been using for a year or two now. This is a good thing though as it allows me more options of what I can cook in there. In my old one it was a two-basket deal so there was no possibility of cooking something like a rotisserie chicken like I could in this. Setting it up was easy, getting connected to the app was a bit cumbersome as it never really notified me it was connected, and the app just acted like it was trying to establish a connection despite the unit showing a connection. So far, I’ve not cooked too many things in there. I’ve made things like tater tots, hashbrown’s and other typical fryer-based items. The only thing I dislike is the fact that the unit goes through a pre-heat process. You can of course skip it, but you’ll want to extend your cook time for most things. My biggest complaints are the ability to clean the unit and controlling it from the SmartHQ app. If things fall around the heating elements, it’s nearly impossible to clean it out without using something like a pair of tweezers. The removeable tray at the bottom just isn’t deep enough to where it will pass underneath the front element. If the tray was designed to be deeper this likely would lead to an easier cleanup and maintenance. As it is, it’s not as easy to clean as the other Air Fryer models I’ve owned over the years. My issue with the app is that when pre-heating is happening or after it’s finished, if you try to start cooking, the app will not allow you to. You can click the option, the air fryer will make the tones indicating it is, but the start light will continue to flash, and you must manually press the start button to start the cooking process. This needs to be something addressed and it may be in a future update, but as it stands, the app is useless to control the unit. This aside, the unit is simple and easy to use, it’s just a bit of a hassle to not be able to utilize the app to remotely cook. All in all, if you’re looking for a larger air fryer that allows you to cook some larger items like, rotisserie chickens and such, this is an excellent option, just be certain that after pre-heating, you’re nearby to start the actual cooking process.

Although this is a stunning counter toaster oven that is also an air fryer there is a couple of things that could be better! In the beginning it was very very loud when on, that has since gone away and it’s allot better! The rose gold buttons feel very cheap, almost plastic- like The crumb tray on the bottom is removable, but if you have big crumbs when taking the tray out it will stay in the toaster and not come come out with the crumb tray and some of the crumbs fall under the burners. Also the machine stays on for quite a while after the timer goes off, it’s probably over 5 minutes. For the air frying feature I wish it had a deeper “catch” tray Incase you are cooking something that renders allot of fat. No extra parts. Now the pros: Beautiful on the counter top. Hardware (rose gold) is unique Heats very well. Easy to clean Options for cooking are self explanatory, I don’t have to figure out what is what. Pretty big, takes takes allot of counter space but the pro is that it’s a toaster, air fryer convection etc.

We purchased all matte white GE cafe major appliances (fridge, slide-in induction range, double drawer dishwasher) (we love ALL OF THEM) for our remodeled kitchen, even the matte white coffee maker. We could not wait to get this gem. Big BIG disappointment. The finish does NOT match the major appliances nor the other countertop appliances. It is flimsy metal material painted with a pearlized cream/white paint that has a polished shimmery look. We unboxed it. Put it in its place we had been waiting 8months for it and reboxed it up within 10 minutes. Not worth the price. Does not match. Very disappointed it may cook great, but not for the money.

Works well andndoes everything its advertised as doing. 10/10
