Excellent coffee maker and smart design. The smart app makes this coffee maker easy to use but it is easy to use even without.

I have been looking for a WiFi coffee maker with a thermal pot forever! I tried the Behmor but at only 8 cups it was too small. I was thrilled to see the Cafe. It was a little tricky to set up as the instructions weren’t very clear on where to find the serial numbers, passwords, etc (they are on the machine itself, not the registration card). Once we got through that the app is good. The first pot of coffee was *terrible*! Do yourself a favor and run a cycle first with vinegar or vodka, followed by clear water. That helps to rid the unit of the plastic taste. My only complaint now is not having a removable reservoir, but I knew that when I bought it. Be careful not to overfill as the unit will leak.

Looks phenomenal like everyone else has mentioned. The quality of the coffee on the gold setting is perfect. Carafe keeps coffee warm all day.

Such a wonderful coffee maker. Great temperature and very smooth flavorful coffee. Totally worth it! I use the “gold” setting and that is enough. This machines lets customize temperature and strength.

It’s easy to operate, clean, program. I think I like the most about it is it doesn’t have a hot plate to keep the coffee warm because it’s an insulated coffee craft. Once the coffee comes out hot into the craft, it stays hot for six hours plus, which in this house it doesn’t need to last that long.

We LOVED this coffee maker until it stopped brewing only a year and a half after having it. The brew button wouldn’t communicate to the machine to brew and even when we used the app to signal to brew, it stopped working all together. Given the price of this machine I was very disappointed. We aren’t sure how to repair but open to suggestions if anyone knows how to fix!

This is a very nice coffee maker I love that you can adjust the temp up to 205 and adjust the strength from light to bold. The wifi control feature is cool but you still have to setup the maker to be ready for brewing. The stainless steel pot is nice but it makes that 205 drop significantly so I end up heating the pot up prior to brewing. Even with a couple things lacking, it makes a great cup of coffee.

Beautiful coffee maker. We got the black and copper. Love that you can program. Basket is hard to get out at first. You have to give it a tug. Love everything about the Cafe coffeemaker except it does not get the coffee as hot as I would like and the plate is not a hot plate. The thermos style carafe is supposed to keep it hot but again, it is not as hot as I like my coffee. I think it gets to 190 or 200 degrees but it would be at least 20 degrees hotter for me. Also love that we got it at a great sales price at Best Buy.

Looks great and makes great coffee, downside is carafe doesnt keep coffee hot longer than 45 min- 1 hour. Makes a great cup of coffee, gave it 3 stars just due to temp cool down

Cafe’ brews excellent and consistent coffee using fresh ground beans, It was easy to set up and for daily use. Pleasant chime alerts brewing completion and water needed in reservoir. Cafe’ cup measurement is 4.5oz not 8oz standard U.S. cup. Ten Cafe’ cups (4.25 U.S. cups) requires five minutes to brew using southern climate cold tap water. Northern climates cold tap water my require a longer brewing time. I have nor used the WIFI function.

Easy to use and coffee is hot even though the pot is not.

I didn't think I could fall in love with a Coffee Maker but it happened. Brew is fast, host, and delicious. Makes a perfect and consistent pot of coffee every time. Being that we got the white one we have to clean it more often as you see the coffee stains. Still, highly recommend.

Our previous Ninja seemed to be on its last leg, so we decided to replace it with this coffee maker based on it’s sleek aesthetics, Bluetooth capability, and overall good reviews. I usually read a bunch of reviews before buying things, especially something that costs $300. I read the bad reviews, and initially brushed them off thinking the reviewers were just being high-maintenance or petty. However, after we used it for a couple days, neither me nor my wife were impressed. I found myself agreeing with some of the “petty” reviews... the coffee wasn’t hot enough, and we found ourselves using nearly twice as much coffee grounds to brew our usual amounts of coffee. Even though we liked how it looked, we just couldn’t justify keeping it with the $300 price tag. We ended up returning it and just bought a $19.99 Mr. Coffee pot to hold us over until we can find a better long-term quality coffee maker.

Makes a great cup of coffee. Love the option to set up brew schedules on the app. Only reason I did not give five stars is the water reservoir - you have to keep the top open in order for it to dry out. I would still recommend this product!

so far this coffee maker has not disappointed . Since I add 1/2-1/2 creamer to my coffee the gold setting did not brew the coffee hot enough. The individual settings are great, It stays set until I change it. The wi fi works great when my wife has early classes and she starts it while she is getting ready. So far very pleased with the taste and the machine itself

Looks amazing and works very well. I like the fact that you can tell it how much coffee to brew rather than using all the water in the tank.

We are really enjoying our new coffee maker. After using Tassimo, Nespresso Latissima and Keurig, decided to return to traditional brew method with this upscale product. The thermal carafe is great, not needing a hot plate to keep the coffee warm. Easy to use and customizable, too. Temp control makes the perfect brew every time.

Perfect beauty & easy to use just I wish it would keep the coffee warm which is not?!
