Best Coffee Maker ever

In top of that it’s temperature setting is perfect, coffee haze been coming out at 200 degrees every time since we bought it. I love this pot.

Wish I would have saved the box because I would have taken it back.

So there is that. Coffee is made very fast. Unfortunately I can't call that coffee. It does not smell like coffee, and it definitely does not taste like one. I tried all levels of strength and all brands of coffee I use (from ground Lavazza to freshly ground amazing single origin). Coffee smells like burnt chemical and plastic. Taste is the same. I have no idea how this even possible to destroy coffee that much. Simple French Press produces better coffee by far. I am not even going to bring up Turkish. I can prepare decent coffee directly in my cup. I wanted to save some time in the morning with a nice device, but I can't force myself to drink this. Gross

Posted .To help maintain the appearance of your coffee maker, be sure to clean the outside of the coffee maker with a soft, damp cloth. Please don't use paper towels or abrasive cloths and cleaners as they may scratch the finish. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

The size is great. I feel like I waste less coffee with it being only a 10 cup. I use the feature of turning it on from my phone way more than I thought too! I would 100% recommend this coffee pot!

BEST BUY PRODUCT PROTECTION / RIP OFF DO NOT BUY

The coffee maker has ceased functioning. My product protection plan is still valid however, I will not be able to get a replacement coffee maker unless I come into a store. HERE IS THE THING: THE COFFEE MAKER WAS PURCHASED ONLINE BECAUSE I NEVER LEAVE MY HOUSE DUE TO A MEDICAL CONDITION. BEST BUY fails to tell you up front (apparently the clause is buried in section NINE of the plan) that they will not honor the plan unless you come into a store. IF THIS WAS STATED UP FRONT, I would have never purchased the plan OR the Coffee Maker from this store.

Tried everything that the manufacturer suggested. Nothing worked. Hopefully Best Buy lets me return it for a refund or replacement without having to wait on the manufacturer since I don't have the packaging anymore.
