We are very pleased with the over all look. The toaster is user friendly and very easy to clean. We use it daily and we are very pleased with the quality.

The setting are very sensitive. The five really toasts it quite dark. Cleans up easily. A little pricy for a simple toaster but I have the appliance line in the kitchen so I went for looks.

Maybe Nice for Large Kitchen

The copper accents and handle did not look substantial. Item was also rather large - about 25-30% bigger than my existing toaster. So, if you have a big kitchen, lots of counter space and are looking for an appliance that photographs well, this one may be for you, but I'll probably splurge on a simple Breville smart toaster (that is regrettably sold out right now at Best Buy)

If you like to keep your toaster unplugged beware that this one takes maybe 40 seconds to "warm up" after plugging in before you can push the toast button down.

Works better than some cheaper models tried but does not toast as good as previous similar price Breville toaster (which lasted about 3 years before the internal wiring started burning). Could be 5 stars if it makes it more than 3 years!
