It looks nice and matches my new kitchen nicely, but it's poorly thought out. It's almost like the engineers involved in this design have never actually used a dishwasher. As others have said the door is flimsy and flexes when you open it. The lower rack doesn't stay in the tracks. The collapsible racks always falls with plates in them and have broken my plates. Top rack is so small it really can't hold anything. Overall this thing is just bottom tier engineering through and through. I wish I had my old dishwasher back even though it doesn't match my other Cafe appliances.

We are using finish detergent as instructed. We also did not like the fact that we have to run hot water until it reaches 120 degrees prior to starting the cycle. Too much use of water and electricity. We purchase the product on 10 Sep 20 and did not received until 12 Nov 20.

We have had geek squad out 7 times for this! They tried to fix it and even replaced the motherboard twice before we finally got a replacement. Worked fine for 4 months and now it's back to not working again. Don't waste your money!
