After 3 months the words on the power and grind button are rubbed off, and the grinds no longer fall centered into the filter. No support has explanation. The lid on the water tank also is very loud when brewing, from the shaking. But it gives me coffee, so it at least gets some stars

Good overall espresso machine

The app, which was the main draw for me, does not allow the user to turn the machine on remotely. It only allows for the user to edit certain settings which seems like it should be included on the machine itself, rather than have it on a separate app. Will be returning and get the breville instead since the exterior is fully plastic and there’s simply more reviews and tutorials online for the breville.

It took a few tries before i made a good coffee. I love the smell of freshly grinded coffee. I find myself drinking coffee more now. If you dont own one you are missing out.

Grinder is ok. Love that everything you need is included. I have not experienced any problems from the machine itself just lots of getting use to in the process of making the espressso.

Last unit leaked everywhere, really noisy, parts falling off, uneven batching, uneven steaming, final straw was grinder clogged every time. Looked for fix on internet, Cafe aware of problem does not give any fix other than send back. No reason for wifi connection, would be better off to fix unit so it works. Would only buy on sale, due to quality.

I love the balance of a semi - automatic brewing but at the same time having the ability to dial in a shot to perfection. The grinder and all accessories are solid.

It performs well. Only complaint is that the grounds occasionally stick in the chute. I've taken to tapping the chute before removing the handle. It's a small thing, but for this price, I feel like it should operate flawlessly.
