This is a good expression machine. The issue I have with it so far is if you don’t use it for a day or two the grinder gets jammed and you end up having to clear it all which is messy and time consuming

Makes great espresso! If you’re looking for an espresso machine that works great and won’t break the bank, this is the perfect machine. We had a small issue with the machine not pouring well when we switched espresso beans, we adjusted the size of the grind and it’s been working great ever since.

First few time sworked great. Then it starter to leak like feazy every time i made an espresso. Even with the bottom where ut collects water was empty. Then the grinder stopped grinding good. I cleaned it and it just would grind and make a big mess. Then, it said to clean. I did the clean setting and it stoppef working.

Makes high quality espresso shots, easy to use. Grinder is a bit tricky to clean and the steamer is super loud. The steamer doesn’t make much froth at all but it does warm up the milk pretty well. Overall, it makes really high quality and good espresso and the built in grinder is very convenient.

This is the best espresso machine we have ever had in our house. Really easy to set up and maintain. The pull of the actual esspresso shot is really nice. My girlfriend used to work at starbucks so she knows what she wants. And ontop of it all, it looks really nice.

The espresso drinks made from the machine are fantastic. However, the grinder started breaking down after 1.5 years. I thoroughly cleaned it and got it to work. Surprise surprise the water dispenser stopped working. The product is not worth the price and the build quality is cheap. We bought our nespresso machine for less than half the price back in 2018 and it is still running strong!

Great so far, the grinder got stuck once but I believe it just needed to be cleaned out. No complaints so far.

Initially drawn to this product by its attractive color and charming appearance, we found it to be user-friendly. However, our experience took a downturn due to some issues. The parts felt rather flimsy, and accessing the compartment for adding more beans was a hassle. Additionally, the WiFi failed to connect to the app, which proved frustrating to resolve. In the end, we decided to return it and opted for the Breville instead.

I was gonna give it a 4.5 but I didn't want to give it a full 5 stars so I ended up with 4 stars. Let's tell the truth. The reason why you're looking at this unit because it's beautiful. Great design, nice materials, good size, fantastic center piece for the kitchen. But the bottom line why we get these units is the coffee so let's get to it. The grinder works perfectly. It grinds to espresso levels and to turkish fine but I have not tried the turkish fine but the option is there. The espresso is great. Hefty portafilter. Feels solid with quality build. Nice texture and feels good to hold. I have confidence in handling it when making my morning coffee. The temper is great as well with solid build and feels premium. It's a manual temper unlike the others but sometimes I prefer the hand temper since the temper presses sometimes gets messy and breaks. The steamer is where it falls a bit short. It still makes a great silky froth with the right technique but I sometimes prefer to use the 130$ delonghi steamer at times when it comes to steaming. I did get used to it and started making good micro bubble silky froth but it's different from traditional frothers/steamers. The breville is way better in this department. Conclusion is that with the same money (retail price) it might be better to get the Breville equivalent but if this is on sale (bought might on black friday) then this is a good deal. Just make sure your ready to practice on that frothing. ...Or just get it as a nice decor for your kitchen.

I bought this as a gift but I know the grinder has issues getting clogged. But Owner seems happy

Great little machine for a starter machine. I wanted to dip my feet into a semi auto machine and decided to give this one a go. Out of the box it’s a little confusing having to use the app which in itself is honestly pointless with the little amount you can do. The Grinder works well, espresso comes out relatively hot, but not burning your mouth hot which I’m not too fond about. I had to make some modifications such as a new portafilter and basket to get more even extractions, and now i seem to be pulling more consistent shots. Overall it’s great for a starter, definitely better machines out there but also much worse. It’s a good in between I would say.

Originally the product worked very well. However after the first time i cleaned the hopper it won't grind properly and drop into the tray. Also cleaning the hopper is difficult. I would have paid for a better model if i knew this would have been an issue.

Built very well. Pulls my espresso perfectly. Matches my cafe appliances very well and improves the aesthetic in my kitchen.

I was really looking forward to this machine being the "one". Unfortunately, as beautiful as it is, its is NOT the one. I bought it February 2022, and ONE month in, the "Grind" print on the button already started to fade/rub off. Then unfortunately in July 2022 the grinder just stopped working. As i read online all the caveats, its all true. I tried cleaning it, brushing it, everything to help the grinder. It's like the beans weren't getting grinded, but the grinder would be on, you can hear the motor running. After calling GE to get the manufacture warranty to cover it- it was a HUGE run around. They dont care about these petty small appliances, so nothing was solved with them. I went back to best buy, used my Geek protection plan to replace it. BUT im not getting this machine again. It still needs to be worked on by the producer to figure these kinks out. I hope in the future it gets better, but for NOW I DONT RECCOMEND. If you get this because of the beauty, get the Geek squad protection forreal! it saved us 700$ . For a BRAND new machine to fail within 6 months of purchase- is not a quality machine. Dont waste your money.

This is my first espresso machine and I love it. Makes great coffee and looks beautiful on my countertop.
