This was a birthday gift for a teenage boy. His face lit up when he saw it and I asked him a few days later if it was ok. He plays this game every chance he gets and he thinks it is great. He is a real gamer so if he likes it, it has to be good. He gave it 5 stars.

Great multiplayer game, it's a good value because of multiplayer, blackout, and zombies. Multiplayer is fun and fast paced while the zombies is decent overall. Blackout is alright but not my thing. Definitely recommend if you can get it for under $30.

COD (besides BO3) seems to be more of the same and get more boring and boring with each iteration it seems. No campaign may not be a deal breaker if all you play is online anyways, but if you truly are a fan of COD campaigns which are some of the best story FPS's out there, you will be disappointed. Black Out mode is COD's first person take on Fornite minus the building. Loot is random and you go in empty handed scrambling against other players including your own team for the best loot before getting into a fight. When you do it's really tense and enjoyable to get out on top. This game is good at what it does but it may not appeal to even all COD fans so look up some reviews before buying.

BO4 consists of three modes: Zombies, Multiplayer, and Blackout. Zombies takes the place of a traditional story mode this time around, and features several campaigns at launch, varying in tone and setting. Roughly the same experience overall, but refined further. Multiplayer also follows in this tradition featuring a bevy of game modes. Many maps are staples in the Black Ops universe. The RPG-style leveling and unlocks are as addictive as ever here. New this time around is Blackout, which is certainly the best realized console battle royale game with smart item management, beautiful scenery, and general polish expected from the Call of Duty franchise. Overall this is a great package of a game. While Zombies feels like the most formulaic of the three modes, and multiplayer not far behind it, what this game does is generally too good not to recommend.

Every year I say there is no way I am paying for another COD but every year I end up caving and thats okay because this is probably the best Black Ops yet. No single player but I never played single player anyways. And the battle royale mode is legit.

A little tough getting started. Some people with no sense of honor (kidding, really, not really) just sit and snipe you to death. But quite addicting once you get the hang of it. A variety of game modes and several maps makes this worth the price.

The last couple years call of duty has disappointed me big time.. too much extra stuff that took it away from it's roots.. this year black ops gets back to basics while introducing some new things.. old maps bring back the nostalgia.. must have!!

Game is Amazing has zombies. Lots of cool add ons, and lots of cool upgrades you can do. Also has great multiplayer mode and campaign and also zombie mode end Solo mode for you be your friends offline.

I didn't realize there was no single player when I bought this. But for all it has to offer for multiplayer I really liked it. I haven't played CoD since MW2 so I'm not burnt out on CoD games. Getting back into it I did like this one.

I was really excited for this game as i am the other ones, but was severely disappointed that it didn't have a normal campaign mode. The Zombie version was cool, but other then that the game was worthless to me.

The developers really listened to the fans. The multiplayer is fast and furious without feeling cheap. Blackout is an awesome spin on battle royale and who doesn’t like shooting zombies? I’m not even a big CoD fan but this one is really fun

As a disclaimer, I really dont care for the Black Ops Franchise... as a whole it is some of the CoD lines weakest in my opinion. That said this one may be a step in the right direction. I feel that CoD should have a campaign, so seeing that go isnt great but Black Ops Campaigns were so bad that its not as much of a loss as something like Modern Warfare. Focusing more on the multi player aspect works here and excels because they kept important things. Like being one of the very few games to offer 4 player split screen...that alone pushes up their rating in my book. Ontop of that the zombie mode is pretty robust now, is more engaging and interesting than previous black ops entries. The diety aspect is a cool touch and the options and layouts offer a ton. For those reasons alone I give it 4 stars.

Fantastic game. The specialists are an excellent addition to the multiplayer, though I would like a non-specialist game mode as well. Zombies is different from what I'm used to but still a blast. Blackout is just plain fantastic.

Got it on sale to play the solo story. Multiplayer is cool. Zombies is the best part of this game. It has a “fornite-esque” mode called black out I didn’t really care for. It was $20 on sale so I didn’t expect much.

Awesome Game, very entertaining and great graphics. Finally non online account needed to play multiplayer. Zombies gets creepier which is good and challenging. Overall great game to own

Black Ops is always fun and I get multiplayer is the bread and butter but I wish they still had a true single player story mode. I also feel seeing the same old maps from previous versions is just laziness for profit

The Battle Royale is a fresh new take on Call of Duty it's immense and very satirical on how to survive while eliminating your opponents areas are open and Graphics are as nice as it could be 4 88 100 players at once

This game was a great gift to purchase for my brother right before the holidays. He hasn't stopped playing yet. This COD so far has the best multiplayer gameplay out of all the previous games. Definitely satisfied.

This is black ops at its best. So many different game modes to choose from and they’re all so much fun. I don’t even miss the campaign. I’ve never been a fan of zombies but this changed it for me and now I’m hooked!

Call of Duty has never been better. The new battle royale mode, Blackout, is quiet possibly the best multiplayer experience of 2018. This game is for everyone who is tired of the building and general jankof Fornite.
