After playing the game for multiple days, I was pleasently suprised. The last few COD's haven't been captivating for me, since MW2. I never enjoyed the campaign mode so BO4 with Multiplayer, Blackout, and Zombies is the perfect combo!

Incredible game play. Great choice by the developers to do away with the campaign and focus their energy on the multiplayer. Zombies is better than ever and the character abilities are perfect and well rounded. Amazing game!

This game is awesome. Hours of game play so far and no complaints at all. Blackout is unreal. Multiplayer is fun. Got rid of Campaign but didn't play it much anyways. Arguably the best Call of Duty made to date. Must buy!

A fresh take on the Call of Duty Franchise

One of the major changes in this installment is getting rid of the single player campaign to focus solely on multiplayer. This omission does not mean that there is no story content to be had. Both Zombies and Specialist Missions have stories and cutscenes. The biggest addition this year is a Battle Royale style gameplay mode called Blackout. This plays more similar to PUBG than it does to Fortnite. In my opinion this is the most enjoyable battle royale game out there due to Call of Duty's top notch shooting mechanics and level design. If you're into the base building mechanics of Fortnite, you will find that missing here. Overall, I think this is a streamlined and modern take on Call of Duty and one of the franchise's best installments.

I haven’t been a big COD fan since Black Ops 3. This COD does a good job trying to get back to basics. Between zombies, blackout, and regular MP there is plenty to keep you entertained. Good value for the price.

COD Black Ops 4 is a winner. Graphics are insane. New Blackout mode is great as expected. Just a little upset there is no campaign in this version. A must have if you like the previous iterations.

There is no single player campaign which is a giant let down, the multiplayer is as broken as ever with bad hit confirm and bad servers, and the battle royale mode is fun with friends but frustrating alone. I'm not a big zombies fan but I can see that mode has gotten a lot of improvements though. It's really a middle of the road game. If you want a multiplayer only game with specialist characters and better feel overall, buy rainbow six siege. If you wanna turn your brain off for awhile and just let flashing lights hit your eyes, buy this game.

This is the best Call of Duty in years. Even though the single player has been removed, there is so much to do between regular multiplayer, blackout and zombies. Blackout is a welcome addition.

Zombies feels and looks fantastic, although I miss traditional Perk-A-Cola’s. Multiplayer feels smooth but is very reminiscent of BO3. Blackout is fun, but dropping is currently terrible

Was going to skip it this year but they got me with the Battle Royale mode & I was very pleased. And on top of that they include an always solid regular multiplayer & top notch Zombie mode.

COD games are pretty typical at this point and this game isn’t much different, especially the main multiplayer and zombies. Though I will say the theme of zombies this time around is very fun with the God powers which I really like. Blackout is fun though I personally did it to get a bit boring after a bit but perhaps that’s just after fatigue of playing so many of the others and this one just coming in last. The most negative....we’ll of course Activisions nickle & diming tactics that have forced in game grinding to make you want to just purchase upgrades instead of earn them in game. Like paying $.99 for a red dot. Ridiculous!!!!

The fourth installment of the Black Ops franchise amps up the action both in multiplayer and zombies. The only downside...no campaign in this one. Sorry folks.

Feels like a hybrid of black ops 2 and 3. Lack of a campaign is unfortunate, but the addition of blackout is a welcome one and is by far the best battle royale experience around.

I don’t play much of the normal multiplayer, but the blackout mode is fun. They put out updates regularly that make the gameplay better. Zombies is good in this one too!
