I thought I was ordering from best buy but come to find out they have 3rd parties. The game I ordeted was call of Duty 7 and inside the game was Halo. Best buy wouldn't help me and the 3rd party said I had to call microsoft. What a big pain. Wrote a nasty review and 3rd party finally refunded my money. Beware of best buy site pay close attention

Came dented and bent. Was in a small paper envelope with no padding. I just threw it out. Horrible.

Worst COD I have played in years. I have played the same level several times. It rarely saves progress and when you walk out of the room for 5 mins it kicks you out and have to restart level again!!! Ridiculous!!!!!! Frustrating. Also getting tired of the nightmare sequences.
