The zombie section of the games takes forever to load and is so difficult it seems like I spend most of my time waiting for the game to load

Zombies way more difficult then predecessors. Without jug, if you get hit and don't move immediately, you will go down as seems they hit as fast as the flailing zombies in past cod.

All I have to say is... Wow what a great game! The graphics are amazing the only thing I find difficult is the online controls, but after a little bit you get situated and dominate the field.

Bought this game for my 12 yr old son. He won't stop playing it. So complicated and so many options will have him trying to figure this game out for some time.

Not my favorite CoD but still entertaining. I found it very difficult to fight flying soldiers popping out from everywhere in multiplayer. a bit too futuristic for my taste.

Wish the game was a little longer. Finished the campaign in one day. Online is so difficult when every kid is so good. They need to put all like players together while playing online.

Honestly, Black Ops II is way better than this one. Zombies mode was made insanely difficult. Annoying when host leaves it forces everyone to leave instead of switching. Campaign story seemed interesting at first, then went stupid.

This game is everything you'd expect from the CoD franchise. Although I wouldn't say it's the best in the series (it's not) it's the current game and therefore is the one you want to play. The best part of the Black Ops line of CoD games is Zombies mode, which seems more difficult than previous entries. An added bonus is the fact that the campaign mode is two player co-op now.

The Call of Duty franchise has garnered a reputation over the years of putting out the most basic and overrated games in history, popular only for their simplicity and catering to a modern primal fascination with gun violence. However, each game has also managed to be different in its own way thanks to the variety of publishing teams that get assigned to each new game. Treyarch, who helmed the fairly decent Black Ops 2, was also in charge of Black Ops 3, and has brought new life into the series. With a freshly updated combat mechanics and a unique class system, this game gives a much needed update to the shooter genre.

I like it better than advanced warfare. But the online gameplay will make you upset because of the guns not being balanced. But the Giants map is fun. Shadows of evil is toooooooooooo hard and complicated.

Multiplayer continues to be outstanding in this series. Zombies is a great story that definitely brings fun. Core and hardcore multiplayer are good-to-great. Wall-running, boosts, and the soldier specialist classes bring a little refreshment to the COD formula. Single player campaign is difficult, but entertaining. The levels are a little more open to allow experimentation in how to complete them, but it's not as open world as Treyarch tries to play it up, even in the game itself. Still, very good.

Just another entry in the CoD series. The zombies mode is far too complicated--at least with the first (and only) map. The campaign is nothing special, I lost interest even when playing with someone else. I mean, Christopher Meloni was a nice surprise, but couldn't hold my interest long enough to finish it. Multiplayer, as usual, is the only thing keeping this series afloat, and even then, I wouldn't call it "balanced". If you know how to chain scorestreaks/specializations, you can dominate a match every time. I miss the WW2 settings, oddly enough.

This game has great graphics and pretty cool game features. My son plays this a lot. As for me, I think there is just way to many options and they make it difficult to manipulate around menus and such. Especially for making classes. I've only played this a handful of times, and would probably become easier as time went on but I just want to get in a game pic a class and go. To many options makes it annoying. Guess I'm just old. Lol. But I've grown not so fond of COD ever since World at War. That was the best game ever. Anyway that's my story.

Let me start this review by saying that I'm a seasoned Call of Duty vet who spent most of his adolescent years One Man Army noob-tubing in Modern Warfare 2. I've been there in the good times (Black Ops) and the bad (Ghosts and Advanced Warfare). Heres what I think of Black Ops 3: Pros: -Playing the campaign with friends is a lot of fun. This is the first time a Call of Duty has ever truly had a co-op option, and there's a decent amount of customization options to fit your playing style. -The multiplayer is actually FUN again. This is the best we've seen so far of the Pick 10 class system, and the wildcards are actually useful. The guns are good for the most part, and as far as I can tell from almost a week of playing, there'sn't one go-to gun that dominates. -The scorestreaks are the best they've been since the killstreak days and all of them have counters. -The maps are good for the most part, but there's really not one map I can point to and say that it's my favorite (besides nuk3town of course). -They actually found a way to incorporate the supply drop system from Advanced Warfare without it being completely annoying, although it's still kind of annoying (more on this later). -Zombies mode has more customization options than ever. You can now customize how your guns will look in game, and the leveling system gives us yet another incentive to kill these undead beasts. -The frame rate is smooth and the colors are vibrant (at least for the PS4), way better than Ghosts and AW, which both looked whitewashed in my opinion. -The gun customization options are loads of fun. You can now create your own camo or add to one that already exists, which I find as a great outlet for players to be creative. Cons: -The campaign dialogue is the worst we've seen yet. Quite honestly the game sounds like it was made for 12 year olds. The corny jokes and juvenile subtleties make this game's dialogue almost impossible to listen to without cringing. -The spawns are still Call of Duty spawns. I know us fans are still hoping for that miracle CoD to come along and have perfect spawn points, but the odds of that happening are becoming less and less likely. I've been spawn trapped and killed within 3 seconds of my spawn far too many times for my liking. -Grenades are WAY too powerful. Not only lethal, which we've seen in other Trayarch games, but tactical as well. Tactical Mask and Flak Jacket are a must. -Another installment of Zombies in which the developers are trying way too hard to make it complicated. Build this, activate that. I, for one, play Zombies mode to kill zombies and have fun with friends, not worry about ridiculous riddles you have to solve to activate perk machines. And one more thing, can they PLEASE just put the pack-a-punch machine back on the map? I'm tired of looking for parts to put it together. -Last but not least, they completely stripped your character customization options to a bare minimum. You can change the gear your individual specialist is wearing but you cannot create your own character or change the appearance of the default characters. The emblem creation system is the worst it's ever been, as there's now a large chunk of symbols you have to get in supply drops (-_-) to unlock. Besides the fore mentioned gun customization, the options just don't meet my standards. All in all, the latest installment of Call of Duty is indeed fun to play, but it'sn't without its annoyances, something Call of Duty as a whole simply can't seem to rid itself of.
