The biggest, if not best, Call of Duty game yet. Black Ops 3 offers great multiplayer (with perfect balance in maps and weapons) and an ambitious campaign. Zombies, Free Run mode, Nightmare mode and Dead Ops Arcade complete this experience.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III - PlayStation 4 Call of Duty: Black Ops III is the ultimate 3-games-in-1 experience. In Campaign mode, you must navigate the hot spots of a new Cold War to find your missing brothers. Players can play the campaign cooperatively or solo and are now always connected to the intelligence grid and their fellow operatives during battle. Multiplayer features a new momentum-based chained movement system, allowing players to fluidly move through the environment with finesse, using controlled thrust jumps, slides, and mantling. Black Ops III multiplayer also introduces the new Specialist character system, which allows players to master 9 characters' battle-hardened weapons and abilities through a challenge-based unlock progression system. No Treyarch title would be complete without its signature Zombies offering. Shadows of Evil has its own distinct storyline right out of the box, set in the fictional 1940s Morg City, where four particularly troubled individuals — the femme fatale, the magician, the detective, and the boxer — star in this film-noir inspired horror story.

I had last year call of duty which was advanced warfare which sucked I started losing hope with call of duty most definitely ghost which is the worst but this call of duty is basically like playing call of duty black ops 2 with new weapons better graphics but the huge difference is the specialist which is prob the best thing they added its a huge balance not o e class is better then the other of course you will run into campers but not all levels you can camp though it's very open this call of duty has the best maps in any duty launch but there is a lot to do on this game if you get bored and the best thing is the split screen local not to many games has this but i highly recommend this game iys so fun feels like your in a arcade at times cause the controller speaker makes all types of noise but get this game

If you're buying Call of Duty primarily for its competitive multiplayer, then you're in for a treat. Black Ops 3 is basically three games in one. First, there's the short and sweet single player campaign that also can be play cooperatively. Second, the vaunted the competitive multiplayer that made CoD the juggernaut it is today is very refreshing. Built upon last year CoD: AW, the fast pace and versatile parkour-ish movement system is back and better ever. Along with the well design maps, be prepare to sink hours into this mode trying to unlock everything. Three, ZOMBIES. Is there anything else to say about this mode? If you don't want to scream at strangers over competitive multiplayer, then ease yourself into a relaxing cooperative experience that is zombies. I'm lying about the not yelling part by the way, of course you'll be yelling at strangers or potentially friends because the zombies hoard will strike you down mercilessly.

Welcomed return to the "real" zombies mode

The main reason I purchased this game was for the infamous Zombies mode. Sure, I will play the story, and multiplayer, but the Zombies Mode is the most fun, exciting part of the game. The story takes place in a more believable future than Advanced Warfare. Laser weapons are no longer used, but replaced with standard ballistics and modified weapons. The key change, however, is the use of a neural interface system that allows the person to interact with a personal, cyber computer, as well as giving additional physical and mental perks The largest factor being that the person has powers that range from nanobots that try to ignite the enemy on fire, to creating confusion amongst the drones. While the story line is decent, the meat of any Call of Duty is the multiplayer. I have not played much of it, yet, thanks to Fallout 4, but it is more rewarding and fun than the previous iterations. It is unfortunately, that it is the last COD:BO for the creative director of the game, at Treyarch.

I had sworn off CoD and their yearly failed attempts at something new and different many years ago. By chance, I was convinced by friends (who had all gotten a PS4 at around the same time) to give this one a shot...and I was completely blown away. Here's the breakdown: For $60 or less you will get 1. A complete and entertaining single player campaign. 2. Another complete and entertaining zombie single player campaign. 3. A Mirrors edge style free-running course mode, with multiple challenging tracks. 4. Classic zombies multiplayer mode. 5. Regular multiplayer mode. Keep in mind, that's the same amount of money you would spend on games like Battlefront or Siege for about a fifth of the game. Cannot recommend this one enough.

This game was and is the very best of the best FPS (FIRST PERSON SHOOTER) Title out for next Gen consoles PERIOD! TREYARCH throws in three ways to play the game outside of just multiplayer The co-op campaign is non stop fun and if your a loan wolf that's cool too its just as fun as single player campaign but the best part is WE HAVE THE CHOICE NOW THAT NOBODY ELSE HAS OFFERED TO DATE ON CONSOLE. but let's just wait cause the whip cream and cherry are by far the extreme 1940's zombie free for all placed in a gritty and grimy MORG CITY THAT shows us how focused and determined Treyarch were to put out a BLOCKBUSTER TITLE YET AGAIN! If you play any next Gen console this is the title to be after 100% greatest to date.

Call of Duty Black Ops 3 brings back what call of duty was about before this generation of consoles released back in 2013. The multiplayer is back to the levels of fun there was in black ops 2 in 2012, balanced entirely around treyarch's new movement system that harks back to previous call of duty's with boots on the ground compared to the fast 3d movement of advanced warfare last year. Zombies is back and better than ever. Campaign can once again be played with friends online, this was last in 2008 in World at War, making the experience overall good as you can play with friends in any mode in the game, Good game, recommend a purchase.

The Call of Duty franchise had been slipping away for the last few years now, but Treyarch always seems to still deliver when it's their turn. This time is no different. Great online multiplayer, have not had more than just a couple of games with connectivity issues. Campaign was fun playing with friends, as it is now co-op, although the story was kind of stupid. Zombies is well done, and just difficult enough to keep you coming back. Overall, Treyarch put so much into this game, it has a ton of reasons to keep putting the disc in. I can see myself paying this game next year when Infinity Ward releases their COD.

The gameplay i have seen released by activision and the community looks to be a return to a more traditional call of duty with mostly boots on the ground for the multiplayer. Removing the exo suits from Advanced warfare and the maps with no established foot traffic flow from ghosts. The camapign is now playable with you and up to 3 friends online. as will the side gamemode Zombies. The game won't be the best in the series or the most revolutionary, but it'll bring back the call of duty formula that has been missing in the last 2 titles.

Black Ops 3 is pretty good. If you loved Black Ops 2, you'll like this one.(However, the story is kind of the weakest of the BO universe) The campaign is now co-op meaning you and 3 friends can grind through it. The multiplayer is fun like always. Zombies may be a bit confusing at first but once you get it down, it feels great mowing down hundreds of zombies once again. There are microtransactions, however, Treyarch does a good job of letting you get items without having to spend a single penny The only complaint I have is that like always, sometimes there is just bad connection to the Activision servers and the "host" of the match.

I have enjoyed Call of Duty games throughout the years. I picked up Black Ops 2 the day it came out and it did not disappoint. Zombies is pretty difficult, but it is a lot of fun when you get the hang of it. The campaign can be challenging at times, however, has a good story. As usual, multiplayer is great with the several different game modes (core/hardcore team death match, domination, kill confirmed, etc). I already can't wait for the map packs to come out!

The campaign is an experience worth having and it leaves you with the need for more. The new specialist option in multiplayer may take away an aspect of customization, it adds more ways to play and a new tactic of playing. The zombies is the most challenging yet so you may spend endless hours trying to master the art of killing them. Overall, Black Ops 3 is one of the best Call of Duty games and will leave you playing for long periods of time.

I bought this because I've always enjoyed Treyarch's Black Ops series. The multiplayer is fun and the story so far is pretty cool. Advanced warfare still takes the cake for best COD story. Zombies is the best it has ever been. It feels fresh and has added enemies that force you to change up your strategy and demand team coordination. It's best to play this game with friends, otherwise this will be a very boring game for you.

Must buy for AW or BO2 fan. Worth the price for sure. You got zombies with new gun upgrades and level system. You got multiplayer with lots to unlock, good customization, and balanced guns and abilities. 2 full campaigns that are very different with new realistic difficulty. Also includes a couple mini games. Great graphics and sounds. And more to come with updates and dlc.

Call of Duty Black Ops is what i expected from Treyarch. They have produced a game with 3 modes that are sure to please many. Zombies is back with a more campaign still showing. The story campaign now includes co-op for local or online action.Multiplayer is still a blast and has introduced character classes that have different abilities.Gimmicky as it seems it works. 8.5/10

They have done a great job in preventing and fixing bugs and the game is very balanced. I'm not a huge fan of the style of the game with wall-running and the jumping, but it was executed very well. Zombies is fun, multiplayer has a lot of replay value, and campaign looks solid as well. Best call of duty in the last three years.

This is the best call of duty in years! This game has the campaign, multiplayer, zombies, and nightmare giving you a wide range of things to do. After the last installment of advanced warfare I was leery about getting this one and after seeing all the reviews I finally did. It is a huge improvement over previous titles and a lot of fun.

This is the typical call of duty game. I enjoy the campaign, they've added some cool new features. The online play is always fun, especially with a group of friends. But I love the zombie mode. This is what made me fall in love with the COD series. Last couple of titles were lacking or didn't have it. But they've returned to the basics and it's awesome.

This is by far the best COD game in my opinion. Infinite Warfare has disappointing graphics and the gameplay isn’t as fluid and fast as this game. WWII is interesting but if a “flash to the past” setting is your thing I feel that Battlefield 1 did it better. This game has an amazing campaign and an even greater multiplayer where you can easily dump hour upon hour into. If you haven’t played it yet be sure to give it a try. There’s tons of modes, upgrades and unlockables; plenty of weapons and maps too. If you haven’t played it yet be sure to give it a chance. You won’t be disappointed.
