Multiplayer feels infinitely the same. Now the campaign is amazing, and I love the modern warfare remaster I can't save how much I loved those. But let me ask you something? How many people do you know buy call of duty of the campaign? How many people do you know finish the campaign? I know some do but lets face is this game is all about the multiplayer. That is where it truly lacks. I know I gave Battlefield 1 game of the year, narrowly beating out Dark Souls III but not by much. But that has nothing to do with this average review, I try to be as fair as possible. My friends love Call of Duty on their impression are largely the same was mine - it doesn't do anything different enough and feels the same. Pros - Graphics - Sound - Gameplay - Campaign - Modern Warfare remaster Cons - Feels infinitely the same as the previous title - Plays it too safe - Lacks where it counts which is multiplayer Grade C

I read some poor reviews on this game that made me hesitant to buy it. You need to try it for your self. The campaign is breathtakingly awesome, they take you across the solar system, one level lets you battle a drone army only an asteroid close to the sun, where you need to stay in the shade because it's 900 degrees in the sun. You get to fly a spacecraft into battle, in atmosphere and orbit. The graphics on the different planet surfaces are breathtaking and immersive. The futuristic weapons are totally believable and realistic, they feel like weapons that can actually exist in the future, anti gave and shock grenades and energy pulse weapons. The story is filled with themes of duty and sacrifice. This is a masterpiece of a game. I'm not much for multiplayer but did give it a test run. It felt like more of the same which isn't necessarily a bad thing from a franchise that puts out content on this level. If your are a fan of FPS action, GET THIS GAME!!!

I didn't buy this game upon release due to taking a stance against Activision. I really didn't like the fact that COD was again another futuristic shooter but I'll leave that alone. I bought this on sale when it was $32.99. Let it sit for a while then when I got tired of BF1. The campaign is probably the best out of any COD I've played but many skip the campaign. The Multiplayer just misses it totally. Killstreaks are really bad. The gun balance is horrible to variants being in this game. Gun perks cause some guns to be signifcantly better than others. Also, with some guns only being available through supply drops (RNG) make it really frustrating to get the gun you want. If COD continues down this path it's just a matter of time before it loses it's grip of dominance on the first person shooter market. It's starting to slip already. I don't play zombies but I've heard that this game's version is good as well.

I'm pretty satisfied with this game, it's better than the previous incarnation. Multiplayer is very interesting with lots of different modes and ways to augment your character. There's a bit of a learning curve but once you get some of the weapons unlocked with some of the attachments you can definitely rack up some kills quickly. I like how several of the levels in multiplayer are revised versions of maps from previous editions of the game which is nice because if you've played the maps before you have some basic familiarity with the layout of the map and you won't get trounced right away because you don't know the map. A great game. The only game I play right now.

Alright but might want to stick with Black Ops 3

Got a good deal with the pre-order and the gamers club so the value for the game was good. Graphics arnt any better than black ops and the maps all seem small. Its a tough game also with the small rounds with people spawning everywhere it seems. Can be fun and is high intensity but not sure the gun system is fair. The special guns that can switch from say a sniper to an assult rifle is really sweet and the armor perks are good. Hopefully upcoming maps are better and the game gets more balanced.

I am a HUGE fan of Black Ops 3. I put in almost a 1000 hours and could have kept going. Thought I would set that aside though and try this new one out. I like it, but I am finding what others have in that the multiplayer is a LOT harder and the spawn points seem to be pretty terrible. I have spawned into death way too many times. I am also struggling with the colors in this game. I have iffy eyesight as best and this game seems to be full of colors I am struggling with. With all that being said, I had some of the same issues with Blops 3 and they fixed them with updates. I am sure they will do the same with this game, so I am not too worried.

Personally, I don't know why not too many folks have went out to purchase this game so far in the earlier part of the Christmas Season. It's got a great story line, dependable online, and an impressive rendition of zombies. For the cost of admission for the game, it is worth the paying full price for it. Is it as fresh as COD: Modern Warefare? No, but neither is any far released at this time considered to be revolutionary. The only revolutionary game of the year for me is Overwatch. COD: Infinite Warefare is a great game and the campaign is one of the most memorable in the franchise. Check it out, I'm sure you'll like it.

If you have liked any of the recent CoD Games, you will probably like this one. It's beautiful to look at, has a decent Campaign story line and more guns and attachments than you could shake a stick at. If however you like a FPS like the original CoD, and class CoD Modern Warfare, you'll be bored to death with gimicky space flight, and repetitive launching from the ships. Lots of "times running out" running sequences. You will often find yourself being killed over and over again by some unseen force. Playable, but I don't want to perform running hopping tricks, and flying a spaceship in a CoD Game.

Dominic, Tyler, Cody and Sully helped me out from the time I entered the store. I have been working with underprivileged children and families in the Northern Nevada area for twenty one years this May. Best Buy is a favorite place for them to pick out DVD's, CD's, games, alarm clocks, boomboxes, CD players, cell phone cases, cell phone cards, cell phones, cell phone contracts, small appliances, washer/dryers, refrigerators, mini refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, filters, and auto stereo systems. The Huey FEINHANDLER Foundation has been shopping Best Buy for over two decades and is extremely satisfied.

I've played the C.o.D series since its W.W.2 era. I know it's said often, but this one is truly the worst installment of the franchise. I've given them all a fair chance; even C.o.D Ghosts eventually grew on me. But save your money on the one. The multi-player is bad, and I think we're all tired of the 'super-movement' stuff. If you like that type of game play, B.O.3 got it right. If you wondered what B.O.3 would be with it's best aspects taken out -this is your game. I thought C.o.D AW was bad, but this one is THE WORST. Save your $$ or borrow a friend's copy first.

Graphics are great, campaign seems kind of slow but I've only just started it. Controls seem a little different than I am used to which may affect some gameplay at first. Multiplayer is normal Call of Duty multiplayer Haven't had the chance to play the Modern Warfare part of the Legacy Edition as it is still downloading. Download Size can be a problem. Zombies, I am struggling to like, it doesn't feel like the Zombie game mode that it was in Black Ops, World at War and Black Ops II (Didn't Buy Black Ops III so don't know how zombies was on there).

If you are reading this you probably have an idea about hear games anyway, but here's my contribution to help you make your decision. This game is similar to the past games, but what franchise game truly isn't? What I do like about this game is I feel the maps have been designed to create multiple paths to each location. It seems that you need to be aware at all times because someone may show up at any time in any location. It creates more action I feel which is much better than sitting around camping. I enjoy the game and look forward to playing it for some time.

Its good to see call of duty: infinite warefare make advancements to its style of game play. Infinite warfare is still call of duty style fps at its core with a futurist touch. With new ways to maneuver around the its multi-player map. The new weapons system that allows the player to earn different variations of the core weapons helps keep the online experience fresh. The zombies mode has a unique twist on the 80's era make killing zombies fun again. And the single player campain has definitely stepped up and became more immersive than years before.

To be honest, this is not my favorite COD. I have been playing it quite a bit, but I do think BO3, BO2, and BO are better. The maps are all kinda small, the guns feel different. There are some cool camo's. I am tired of everything having to be bought though. Seriously, I want to be able to earn in game only. I'm not buying more than I already have. They're just trying to get more of your money. It would be different if I could buy the camo's I like, but not to get them randomly. Stupid. Zombies is awesome. It's worth getting just for that.

Year after year we get more and more Call of Duty. I have stopped playing these game because I got burned out on the repetitive nature of seeing another version every year. I got this one as a deal with my new Xbox One, so I gave it a try. The campaign was fun and a bit different from the same old WWII and Modern Warfare shooters. I have played the multi-player very little because these games have become a place full of terrible people who I choose not to game with. However the few matches I did play felt fun and fair.

This is a nice extension to the Call of Duty franchise. Based a ways in the future this allows for some fun new maps for multiplayer and an interesting single player campaign. I have played all the other COD Games from modern warfare to black ops 2 on PC but chose to try this one on Xbox one. Takes some getting used to the controller vs on and mouse, but so far so good. If you have some friends on live get together and have a blast or try out some local split screen fun with a few of the family. Have fun gaming.!!

This review is based primarily around the single player which is EXCELLENT! By far one of the most beautifully done COD games I've ever seen. Then again, I purchased this game on sale on black friday and didn't pay full price. Even still, I still would have enjoyed it just as much having purchased it at full price. If you've been on the fence and want a great single player experience, get it! FYI - One drawback: Awesome space combat in the single player, but none in multiplayer...

WOW. In 35 years of gaming, I think this may the most spectacular single-player shooter campaign I have ever played. The shooting feels great, the sci-fi visuals and atmosphere are incredibly well realized, and the trademark Call of Duty set pieces are as impressive as ever. I had a soft spot for the first few Killzone games, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is the game that finally lives up to that series' promise. (If you are into graphics, this is also one of the best-looking games of this generation.)

Same game, diff't maps. I still enjoy it, don't get me wrong but it's just the same as the status quo for CoD these days. Some issues initially with their multiplayer servers and I still have trouble getting in once in a while. Overall, 4 stars just because I still play it a lot regardless of the issues listed above...but, I am now playing Battlefield for the 1st time ever. The jumping and wall running is getting silly in CoD so Battlefield is my more "realistic" multiplayer shooter.

While I am sick and tired of all the futuristic call of duty games (HATED the single player mode in black ops 3) the story and gameplay was surprisingly good and I enjoyed it. While my opinion is call of duty should return "back to the past" and leave all the futuristic warfare to games like titanfall or gears of war this was much better than the consensus has been on it. I got it on sale so no complaints here, as I only play the single player modes it was well worth it.
