Ridiculous Run-around

Asked the best buy associate if it was possible to swap the disc version the digital copy as i have a series S. Said it was no problem. Completed the transaction and said id get the code emailed. Never got it emailed. Called best buy customer support and got transferred multiple times. Got told to go to the location which wasnt possible since I was visiting them from another state and was back home. I was told to go to my local best buy. Went and they said to call their employee customer support. Stood there for an hour explaining it all again and was told theyd refund the money. A day later they said they couldnt refund it and to go to a best buy store for further help. I still have yet to receive the game code or a refund. Completely unacceptable.
