It's a fun game but could be better if the COD franchise would get their own servers. Too much lag the way it's being run now.

This game at best is okay. Has a lot of problems with gun balancing, map spawns and lag compensation.

This game has great historic events, old fashioned guns, awesome graphics, and great storyline. Zombies are kind of alright, and the match making is slow.

Back to boots on ground, but still has the issues of the most recent titles. Bullet lag/hit detection, etc. From my experience though, game runs more smoother than on Xbox.

I've played call of duty for a long time so I remember when it was boots on the ground. But after they introduced the jetpacks it was hard to go back. It felt slow. The game was good at the beginning and then it just got boring.

The multiplayer experience is a great one for this game. The gameplay is awesome within a wide array of online game types. Lagging is not as much of an issue with this one, when other games seem to have it from day one. Great buy.

A step backwards in playability versus the old titles. There's no easy way to join a party or friends in game like in past titles. They make you use the PlayStation's system to send invites which is slow and cumbersome. The game crashes often resulting in black screens of death which requires you to reboot the game. Stay away from this title.

After coming back to call of duty after a two year break, this game is not bad at all. There are a few negatives in this game. The respawn zones and the selection of weapons are lacking in this game. The lag when playing online can be frustrating as well. Only pick up this game if you have friends playing with you. Otherwise, wait until next year.

If you are trying to play zombies with a friend it will always have a glitch after 30 minutes, so if you split screen this game is trash. When I play split screen zombies in a private match it lags out everysingle time. Last time I was an hour and 5 min into a game and it just backs out, anothe rone at 20 minutes, 5, etc.. . The only explanation it gives is "requested a command not received". This is very frustrating and makes me wish I didn't waste $60 on this stupid game.

Typical wartime game like previous versions with the exception of nicer graphics and storyline in league with historic wartime weaponry and events. Interface could be more streamlined, as there is a lot packed in to the game as far as navigating stock, customizations and such. melee killing a bit weak and m1911 handgun a pure waste of time to use, takes about 4 shots to kill anyone. using snoper rifles shout result in one hit one kill but unless its a headshot its not. reloading is very slow. beach storming is very nice and vehicles are very nice.

COD WWII is pretty cool outside of the loot crate nonsense. I'm a run and gun guy. . I've noticed that the running seems to be a little laggy in this game specifically. Both offline and online. Outside of that, I've no issue. Campaign is solid!

I'm a sucker for Call of Duty games because they are typically fun and easy to pick up and play. Modern Warfare really defined the series as a premier shooter, but I haven't been impressed with repetitive sequels. Sure, every iteration has added some new features to try and stave off staleness, but the setting and atmosphere is first and foremost important to me. Returning to WWII is a good choice. The story mode is compelling and entertaining, and quite graphic. Even in multiplayer, every kill with the flamethrower or incendiary shells caused the character to scream in agonizing pain and slowly drop to the ground. It's impressive in a disturbing way that keeps the intensity of war always present. I don't care for loot crates, but they are in no way required and you can earn them regularly without needing to pay for them, which is currently available at the moment anyway. The zombie mode is quite similar to other games, but the atmosphere is creepier. If you have been turned away from the series for a while now, I recommend at least renting the game at Redbox to see if you might become hooked like I did playing the beta.
