Gonna keep it simple, but amazing campaign, multiplayer and love the zombies

Solid gameplay, campaign is great so far. Online play is fun as always.

For the game itself...The graphics look great in the beginning and seem to become a bit more cartoonish than what they showed in the trailers. Definitely a lot of inserting female characters for the sake of equality (or pandering to the social climate). Some of the levels feel extremely isolating like the tank level. I feel like they should have told the whole story through one characters perspective and a shorter timespan as it seems to jump around too much for my taste. Brothers in arms is a great example of flow to a WW2 game. I like single player games to get immersed in the environment, so I didn't play much of the multiplayer. Ultimately I think they spread their resources around too much with multiplayer/zombies and the single player suffered. The sounds are great. Enemy animations are great. Im glad there are lots of troops running around to give you a sense scale but for some reason (I think the graphics) the maps can feel pretty narrow and lifeless. I hate to say it (as I enjoy the call of duty campaigns much more) but the graphics in battlefield 1 just felt much less cartoony and made landscapes feel larger. This game needed more dark grittiness like world at war. Having said all of this it is the best call of duty campaign since modern warfare 2. Just wish more time was focused on a very tight single player experience.

Ever since MW2, every cod game that came out continued to lose my interest. I'm not sure if it was due to the series heading towards a more be like Halo direction aka(Infinite Warfare) but this game is by far the best I played since World at War and MW2. If you love the older titles of the series such as Modern Warfare and World at War, I recommend this.

Call of Duty World War II is absolutely wonderful and has a great story. Its feel and looks real on my HDTV, like im really play a character of war. I didn't care to much for the alien flying boost Call of Duty games, but this game definitely has brought me back to being a fan. Not only did I but a physical copy, but I also bought it digital.

Great graphics, i really enjoy the campaign and the zombies

The game is finally back to boots on the ground so I’m happy about that! Aside from the bad servers recently, this game is fun! I’m thoroughly enjoying it and have 99% been only playing multiplayer cuz I’m hooked on it. Played zombies twice and that’s fun as well! The campaign I haven’t gotten around to tho. Recommend it.

Best COD they've released since MW3 I think but that's not saying much considering how bad the others since have been. Campaign is actually really enjoyable and fun to play. Online multiplayer is frustrating at times considering how small the maps are and the spawning can be a bit overwhelming. But like I said, this is the best one they've released in quite some time. Def would recommend to anyone considering it

I am a big fan of the Call of Duty Franchise and this is a great nostalgic addition to the series. I really felt a close bond to the characters in this game and thought it could be a little longer than it was. It was about 6-7 hours of total playing time for me. I guess it's made mostly for multiplayer online gaming, but I don't do that anymore. Still it is a good game and you should play it.

Like that it not all futuristic like the last Call of Duties. Much more realistic.

Finally, someone is listening over at COD headquarters. They have taken the game back to the basics with a refreshed and simplified game-play. No more flying around the screen and "360 no-scopes". This game is based in history, so it will appeal to WWII history buffs as well as gamers. The Zombies level is particularly fun and challenging and adds hundreds of hours to this COD release!

First Call of Duty title I have purchased since Call of Duty Ghosts. This title is a good return to the series since Modern Warfare Ended. Campaign feels short in my opinion but gone are the days of long story-driven campaigns that are not open world titles. Multiplayer is excellent and the new interface is welcome. Zombies makes its return as well, and is rewarding as well.

I’ve been waiting for a game based on wwii for a while, and so far I think cod did a good job. There’s a few things that I don’t like, but I guess that’s going to be in any game. Graphics are good, online so far is good, need some work which I hope they patch some things with updates.

Absolutely love the nod to WWII !!! The gameplay is seamless and the details for the WWII scenery is amazing ! And actually my fave part is the new Zombies map .. the zombies are by far the most gruesome ever and the kill moves even more brutal !!! You can’t go wrong with this game

I love this series and this one doesn’t disappoint. I’m not a huge fan of the parts where you have to wrestle with someone by using the stick, but aside from that, the story is great and there’s a good mix of up close and distance fighting. It also looks awesome on the 4K TV

I would give 3.5 stars...... It’s fun for most part & plays fast... multiplayer maps are relatively small , with exception to one.. gun battles seem to be a coin toss on who dies sometimes , smg loses in cqc a lot to slower firing guns , and servers need some help to say least .... single player story is good & zombies is fun once you figure out what to do.

I purchased this to play with my dad and friends, while the game is fun; there are a lot of glaring problems. Shotguns are basically burst fire sniper rifles, there is literally no bullet flinch, and to top it off, the hit boxes are so inconsistent that you can get one bullet kills one second and empty a full clip the next to get one kill. Supply drop rewards are heavily influenced by whether they're purchased with his points or earned in game- with in game earned ones often yielding duplicate items. I've open to date 15 rare and above supply drops that have been all duplicates. Once you get past that, the campaign is decent. Zombies is actually fun. The new war mode is meant for pre-made parties as most in the matchmaking system are inconsistent at best and saboteurs at worst.

Thank God COD is back to Normal again I disliked the future version, but always was a WWII fan and this one is awesome. Online gameplay is fun every time. Zombie mode is pretty creepy and intense, but fun to play. I’m excited and pleased with this game.

This is a major step up from the previous few COD installments. The Single Player campaign is amazing and while the multiplayer aspect is solid, it gets stale quick with so few maps, especially ones that just aren't fun. It would benefit so much with just 5 or so more maps. Overall, good game, not the best in the series though.
