Works great for my purposes. No longer guessing from the rough, other fairway, or poorly marked courses. Only drawback and could be user error is when cannot see bottom of flag it is challenging to get accurate reading.

Got it on sale -- good value for just giving ranges. Visual is pretty blurry, but does its job on the course.
