    Got this and returned it after one use. What a terrible design! The weighted-ness of it makes it move around so you can never really position it where you want it. I guess it would be ok if you only used it lying on your stomach, with it lying on your back, but otherwise it moves around.

    Too heavy Not as big as pictured BEST RETURN policy is so bad I was within 2 days of the number of days Which is the worst I have ever encountered Was planning on purchasing a MacBook for my granddaughter from Best Buy But will never shop there again They could not even get a manager to come talk with me Very poor customer service Extremely poor return policy

    First time use, it turned on then went off. Tried several more times and the same happened. Returned and bought elsewhere and different brand.

    Excellent replacement for 30 yr+ pad. Had a health episode shortly after purchase and this pad was a miracle, from comforting heat & weight on sore stomach to almost a cure for stiff neck and accompanying headache in vibrate & heat mode. It’s multiple mode adjustments are 5 star for dialing in what works best for particular ailment. A must have in your home care stash
