    This iron pan is heavy and good one. Can we used for multiple purpose. Heats instantly. Cons: The handle gets heated too. So need to wait for a long time to move it aside

    Always wanted one but thought it involved a lot more work to use it. Definitely not the case! With a little instruction and proper care, this pan will add flavor to and dish cooked in it.

    What a great pan. It’s heavy duty and Calphalon-well-made. It came pre-seasoned so I was cooking with it minutes after it was unboxed.
