Wondering why my first 1 star review isn't shown? I'm just trying to save people the aggravation, time and money. I ordered this with the expectation that'd it be here within 4 to 5 business days as the website promised. It came a month later after having to call support and have them re-ship it. When it finally got here the box was destroyed and partially opened. I checked a few of the pieces and the seemed undamaged, and both foam end caps were still in the box so I thought it unlikely that something fell out. However, once I got all the pieces out it was missing all the hardware, and the center support leg. Support was incredibly useless. My options were keep it for a 25 dollar discount or send it back via UPS. The box was not reusable and I don't just have boxes ready to ship a 75 inch tv console laying around. That said in store customer service was much more helpful and allowed me to return just the pieces of the tv stand without the box. Regardless this was a painfully annoying experience and I would not recommend ordering this or any furniture from best buy online.
