I bought this to run home assistant for my house and this was the perfect all in one pack to make my house smart

Pretty good little device. Bought it so my kids would have something to do. Works well for typing games and online games. Happy purchase.

This kit comes with everything I needed. Very simple to setup and worked great as a dedicated Steam link.

Great kit if you are into computers. No programming is required to install the operating system when you get the CanaKit. You can use it as a personal computer if you just need web browsing. but it is no Windows or Mac.

Excellent way to learn and use Linux. After setup you access and use a new OS.

I purchased a CanaKit - Raspberry Pi 4 Starter MAX Kit 4GB RAM from Best Buy This is a kit that includes two CANAKIT Micro HDMI to HDMI cables. During my attempts to install the Raspberry Pi Operating System, I found both of the cables were defective. The only recourse given by Best Buy's Customer Service was for me to return the entire kit, order another and risk that the replacement would still include faulty cables. I confirmed that the video cables were defective by purchasing two Micro HDMI to HDMI Adapters which, when used in conjunction with my own HDMI to HDMI cables, resulted in the Raspberry Pi video working properly. Be mindful that when you buy this product and find that the video cables do not work, you will still need working video cables. Best Buy will not compensate you.

Easy to setup and develop a project. It is kind of mature product. Lots of information available with videos etc...

I purchased this unit to function at a run time environment for IEC code processing and testing so far so good.

Works great. Using it for rotating dashboards and have it attached to a TV. Haven’t had any issues with it so far.

Decent product. Set up DietPi/Pihole without issue. Needing to go online to see how to assemble sucked a bit, but not worth dinging a star over. Would purchase additional of these.

Was hard to find a Raspberry Pi 4 but fortunately Best buy had one

Was delivered in 3 days even though it told me it would be 6 days. Everything was there and worked great out of the box. Will buy again

If you have a child interested in technolgy and computers this is a great option. So many options are available for learning programming and design.

I purchased the Raspberry Pi 4 to use a media server. I connected the Raspberry Pi and ran through the setup. I added a USB drive and installed Emby Server. This is a nice inexpensive device that works well with direct streaming of videos. From what I read it may not do well with transcoding.
