I absolutely love this movie, such a classic horror movie to own, was very shocked by the visuals in Dolby Vision, version. The Dolby Atmos was very outstanding.

A classic for a reason, they don't make movies like this anymore.

All this movie ever needed was a Atmos mix. Satisfied

Having the previous Scream Factory! Blu-ray, I wasn't sure this would be much of an upgrade. Is it? Well, it kind of is, actually. It is a bit pricey, but you get a very good 4K picture with a nice layer of film grain, punchy colors, and good detail in the dark scenes, of which there are many. But the real upgrade here is the audio with the Dolby Atmos. It doesn't always impact the scene, but when it does...wow! Tony Todd's voice as Candyman fills the entire space all around you. There are some other moments, as well. I am glad I purchased this title but if you don't have the audio setup you might hold off for a sale.

Yet another great horror genre movie comes to 4K UHD! The original CANDYMAN starring Tony Todd. I recall watching this one back in the day, actually in the theater. I really did enjoy it for what it was, a '90s horror movie with some pretty good gruesome effects. Virginia Madsen also stars, so don't miss out on this one! Picture and sound are really good on the 4K TV and Soundbar. Menus are good with easy selections. *Theatrical and Unrated cuts on 4K disc *Theatrical on one Blu-ray *Unrated on one Blu-ray 3-disc set total. Nice slipcover.

Unfortunately i went back 3 times to exchange the movie cause the first one had 4K disc had scratches. Return it sencond time 4K disc was also scratched and blu ray.. I dont think its Best Buy fault but scream factory has been having problems with scratched discs.. Hopefully they can fix this issue. 3rd time had barely scratches but kept it i was done driving back forward. Reason for the rating i would of rated lower but like i said it’s Best Buy fault its a Scream Factor QC issue. But the movie looks beautiful in HDR!!!

Looks great in 4k! I read the reviews on scratched 4K disc. My first copy looked fine. Under super close inspection I noticed a couple light hairline scratches appeared to be under the surface of disc perhaps but it played fine so no complaints.

The movie itself is an underrated horror classic 9/10 This 4K scream factory collector’s edition is a nice edition. But scream factory needs to get their quality control, straight… Disks had multiple hairline scratches, I hope they don’t skip, 3/5 for poor QC.

The good: great movie, wonderful 4k scan and HDR, amazing sound and score. The bad: as per other reviews, my copy was scratched. It wasn't terrible and the disk played fine, but it's disappointing to see these consistent QC problems from Shout Factory.

Candyman has always been a movie that looked good as well as telling a good story. The 4K upgrade for Candyman only enhances that. Highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade from your previous copy of Candyman.

One of the best horror and cult classics, this remaster does it right. The moment Tony Todd hits the screen, his voice in Atmos echos in a beautiful symphony. Highly recommend!

I have hundreds of 4k discs and in my opinion the best trasnfers come from physical film and Candyman is no exception! Inky blacks, natural film grain, great colors and awesome sound!

Amazing transfer for a classic movie. Don't question this one. The picture quality is amazing, looks like a movie that could come out today!

I like the online selection of 4k movies, I also like how you can place an order online and choose for a online pick up in the store or delivery.

The video quality is greatly improved but the Dolby Atmos audio is the real gem. Highly recommend this to anyone who's a Candyman fan!

Great 4K transfer. I’ve owned this film on every platform so this was my fourth time buying it and it was worth it
