This knife is more than a kitchen tool. It’s gorgeous design makes it a conversation starter. The materials used are high quality and it gives the knife a premium feeling. The blade has remained shaken after a few weeks of regular use. The shape of the knife making cutting big items comfortable. I only wish the knife had a storage case. However the quality and design of this product is top notch!!!

A good-quality and very sharp knife. I have switched to using it for most kitchen chores, and it performs reliably. Though it is well balanced, the shape of its handle is somewhat unusual. Good purchase, esp. on sale. Comes in a very attractive box, so it would make a nice gift.

Bought 3 on BestBuy ’daily deal’. I already owned Cangshan chef’s knives. These made the perfect complement. They are extremely sharp, balanced, and just ‘feel great’ when handling. TOTALLY SATISFIED, but might wait for future promotional pricing. Great addition tool for any serious cook.

It's a good knife. Very sharp so be careful. Looks and feels solid, smooth, and heavy... Like a quality piece. It is smaller than I expected though, I thought it would be a bit larger, but we still use it for most things.
