    When I ordered I was able to get next day delivery or go pick it up at the nearest store. I maintain a back up of one of each color as inevitably it runs out in the middle of something I am printing. Having the back up on hand allows me to finish the printing before i have to address getting the replacement.

    It wasbtimebto replace the original cartrisges on our laser printer. They are expensive but less so than our old ink jet. Factory product.
