    You are best to get this delivered to home rather than pick-up

    Cartridge instructions do not clarify what must be done to release toner for printing. No instructional videos or text are available online—from either the manufacturer or end-users in general—and the company's website offers help but only if you pay for it. I spent over $220 on 3 toners that so far have been unusable. Not Best Buy's fault, but I suggest they have little incentive in selling products that are ultimately useless and frustrating to their customers.

    Get it cheaper by ordering from a company via Amazon Prime.
