    the ink is great, and changing it was smooth. The downsides are that it is expensive and the container that it is in, is hard to get open. It is really tight and hard to open up.

    This has been the best printer ever. We use the ink a ton due to owning a business and having to print contracts out a lot. The ink Yeah, believe last us a very long time.

    The standard black ink toner works fine for me. No problems with faded print or smudges. I save money to on this product which always helps because toners, especially color toners, in my opinion, are too expensive. I wish I'd known that before I bought this printer, because I might have decided to go with a black ink toner only instead of paying more for the one I purchased.

    I was glad to find this item at Best Buy since a regular cartridge was needed for the new printer at the office. The staff at the store this was picked at was helpful in finding the correct size for the printer. I expect to get excellent printing quality for the documents we print for the dental office, plus the cartridge can be brought in for recycling. Also, the price is reasonable.

    Prints clearly, but way too expensive. I have been using canon all-in-one printers for years, they have great customer service - they need to lower the prices on the cartridges as you're made to replace all four based on usage.

    This cartridge is the best. It last for about 3 months depending on the amount of paper you print. If it is for personal use, school work or printing like about 10-20 pages weekly, it can last for good 6 months. I will keep buying this for my printer
