Though the packaging was abit hard to get into, the cartridge itself installed very easily into the printer. I was able to get right back to work as the the print came out clear and clean from the very first invoice. I am very happy with the product as it lasts quite a long time compared to ink jet printing. The cost is substantially less also.

Toner used for the Canon printer lasts long and the printer was very reasonably priced. Also is a great mobile device.

Overall, you get good Canon print quality from this OEM cartridge. My only complaint is that it is expensive and leads to high-cost-per-page as this cartridge I think only has a 1500-2000 page yield. Aftermarket cartridges may or may not work in Canon devices, so buyer beware. If you're in doubt, just get the OEM Canon cartridge and it will for sure work in your Canon printer. If your documents must be professional grade (presentations, manuals, etc) then use the OEM cartridge. If it's for home use, and you can get an aftermarket brand, I would recommend that if you wanted to save a few dollars (if the printer will accept an aftermarket brand cartridge).

The toner is easy to replace in the Canon printer and I have to say, I haven't used it up yet to give an accurate number of pages I've printed. Love the Canon laser printer!

I use all canon products because the yield on the ink is good. I recommend canon toner for their printers over Epson and especially of HP.
