    Bought this with the purchase of a new printer so I could replenish the BS “starter” toner cartridge they included with the purchased laser printer. I choose to buy OEM cartridges since the quality of aftermarket is risky. It’s very overpriced though.

    Ink is very light. It must have been in the box a long time. Is there also a color toner? I would buy one if it is available. Printing does not take long to print. The paper comes out of the printer right away.

    The toner did not last as long as the starter toner that came with the printer did. I am hoping the new toner lasts a little longer.

    Several years ago, I decided to get off of the inkjet treadmill (buy printer, buy ink, printer heads jam, buy printer...) and buy a black and white laser printer. I went to Best Buy and they just happened to have the Canon Image Class MF212 on sale. I bought it, and the included limited toner lasted nearly forever. Since then, we have bought the 137 toner twice, at a fraction of the cost of the inkjet mess we were in: I love it!
