The Canon print quality is good, even on draft print. But, it seems like I've had to change the cartridge sooner than I expected, and I don't do an excessive amount of printing. The majority of printing I do is draft quality, and I set it to higher quality as needed. So I don't think it should run out as quickly. I will recommend it because the print quality looks good, but I think the time the ink lasts may not be that good. This is a new printer, so I will know better as it is used more.

It just so happens that these are the ink cartridges I need for my current All-In-One printer. Very expensive and just doesn't last long. That being said they do work and the content I print looks fine. I don't have issues with these specific inks but with printer inks in general. I try to print so little these days that I just need the printer to work properly when I do need it.

They work as expected. Do not expect to get an extremely long life out of these as they will eventually dry up if you do not use them. If youre looking for high yield black only printing, save yourself the hassle and just buy a laser printer that takes toner instead of ink

If every time you use your printer, you have to buy a new cartridge, then it get's really expensive. It is what it is. At least BB gives you a discount, and you can get a credit towards a new one if you return empty cartridges (most ppl don't know that).

High yield is better. Lasts longer, but it does seem to get used up faster than my Brother ink. I like the print quality better with the Canon. Also like having two black ink inserts in the printer. Can price match, I found Amazon more competitive.

This ink prints good with good quality. It's average and compares with most cartridges. It seems to run out quickly, but most do. I primarily use it on draft print to save ink, and change to better quality print as needed.

I got these on sale. It's supposed to be higher yield but this didn't last as long as before. Both cartridges ran out before I'd even finished 1 ream of paper (500). And that was a text only project with no pictures.

High yield is fine but expensive.

I am not certain if I really save any money by using high yield since I do not track the amount of papers that are actually printed per cartridge, but the high yield definitely last longer than the regular.

The ink is as expected... It is of good quality but goes very fast... I will continue to buy as I look for quality and a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

These cartridges don't really hold much ink, it seems as if we're always replacing one. I would not get another printer like the one we have.

Good quality ink but doesn't last as long as the regular black cartridge. For the price I would expect it to last longer.

I am replacing cartridges more often with this Canon, than I had to with my previous all-in -one printer from Dell.

It's ink what can I say. But take your empty cartridges in to get 2$ per cartridge a Best Buy employee told me

It works well. A bit pricey though. I also find myself having to switch it out sooner than I feel I should.

Not fault of Best Buy but these cartridges sure don't last very long like they did on the "old days"!

Ink is ink, in my personal experience, it is better to use OEM than use aftermarket refills.
