    Don't be a cheap skate, buy the original ink designed by the same company that built your printer. I've had friends that have bought substitutes to save a buck and spent hours in a attempt to make it work, and then the overall print is of lower quality.

    I bought toner for a new Brother MFC L2710. I was disappointed with the number of copies I got from the cartridge that came with the printer when I purchased it. On the other hand, the $5 off coupon made me happy! I was able to find it without help and the cashier at check out was pleasant and quick.
