Ink is very good-Shipment from Best Buy not good

However, the shipment to my home from Best Buy was not good. The ink was shipped in a bubble-wrap sack and the package was badly crushed causing some of the cartridges to be damaged. I am hoping that the damaged ink cartridges will still be usable. The ink cartridges need to be shipped in a cardboard box.
