Just didn't like the scans. Replaced it and got a lide220. I like the 4800x4800 dpi.

It takes for ever just to get the scanner to work. You have to constantly restart the computer and scanner to get it to connect. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
