    Works well, no complaints there. It does run dry pretty quickly though. I don't do a lot of printing and it still has has to be replaced frequently. It won't be much longer before I've paid as much for replacement ink as I paid for the printer itself (which has itself caused me no end of frustrations).

    The XL size is much more convenient for normal usage and I have had no problem with ink drying out.

    The cartridge does what it should. We don’t print that much but seem to regularly need ink cartridges...not just this printer but all that we’ve had over the last 10 years.

    The ink is fine but the replenishment system is awful. We have discontinued the system because either the ink is sent after I have run out or we are directed to the retail store because your warehouse is out of stock.

    I searched the BB catalogue for the 251Y and did not notice that the 281Y cartridge was instead substituted. When I inserted the 281Y cartridge it fit but did not register with the printer. Therefore it is useless. Unfortunately when I discovered this it was past the return by date. I went back to the catalogue to order a replacement 251Y and the same thing happened. The 281Y was offered. Ultimately I had to purchase the cartridge from another supplier.

    I replaced the yellow ink with a brand new product previously ordered through auto-replenish, then within 1 hour received a notice of another order of yellow ink. Also another order for the black ink I had just replaced. I could not cancel either order online. I called and they said they couldn't cancel it either, so I will have to find a store and return them. Auto-replenish is not very smart. Looks like I'll be cancelling my enrollment.
