I purchased this printer as a deal of the day, so it was a great price. I is designed for fairly heavy use for a home office. It is overkill for the occasional use that I need, but it was a great price and I decided it was worth it. It was simple to set up and install on my home network. The menus and settings were easy to follow. Printing is a snap, and scanning is just as easy.

The printer itself is large and heavy. Not necessarily a bad thing, though. It is packed with features, as described. Printed well, and fast, almost right out of the box, after the internet connection. Have not used all the functions to their full ability, but I am so far pleased with the printing and the options therein, which is its main purpose. The scanner software, however, took a little simple tweaking to get going. It is not very user-intuitive as to how/where it is loaded and how to use it. On the other hand, it is not hard once you get to it. So far I like this printer a lot.

Works excellent allows various scans including PDF. Fast printing. Is a little heavy but the features outshined that.

This is a great all in one printer (print, copy, scan, fax) replicates accurate and true colors. It took me a bit of time to set up all the functions. It is a great printer, I would not accept anything less from a CANON !

I love this! It has so many cool features, great quality, and it adds efficiency to my life when I use it. The touchscreen is easy to use and includes instructions for troubleshooting, maintenance, useful functions, and FAQs that are really helpful. I would Rather give it 4.8 or 5 stars instead of 4, but sometimes I have to forget the device from my laptop and re-add it to get it to read. However it is quick and easy to do so it’s not that big of a deal.

This machine seems to get the job done, all very nicely. The scanning feature is VERY slow, which can be annoying for a high-volume of scanning. We are still working to tinker with the settings, hoping that a lower resolution will give us faster scan times.

This printer, scanner, copy, and fax machine is to of the line. Heavy, but super easy to set up and get going. I really love the paper capacity and how it stays in sleep mode (my reference) until print time. Well worth the money. Will be all I ever need for my home office that is growing rapidly.

Very good color laser printer at a really good price. Could not find it for a better price anywhere. Toner is expensive, but we use it sparingly.

We really have not taken it through all of the paces. But at this point I only have good things to say about it. It seems to warm up fairly fast, in printing quality is good. I like being able to print from my smartphone. The 2 sided printing seems to save paper, although I do forget to turn it off when I'm printing spreadsheets and other items I would prefer to be single sided. Would be nice if it asked when sending a print a job. Maybe or does and I have not had time to figure it out.

This printer prints nice quality printouts and somewhat easy to set up but it does make a weird noise periodically when it resets itself!

This printer was bought as a gift for my Daughter and her husband who have a new start up business. She absolutely loves this printer. It is fast, accurate and easy to set up and use. It currently does everything they need and none of the damned ink cartridges. From my side the price is fantastic and it was less expensive to order it have it delivered free to her local store than it was for me to drive to her location. Thank you Best Buy! You came through for me again.

Perfect for home use when you need a quality color print or a copy in color. (Ink jets can easily clog without regular use). We use a mono laser for everyday black and white printing which is very cost effective. We use a moderately high end ink jet for photographic work. Expect to spend a little time setting everything up the way you want it...but then it's done. When printing in color use quality color laser paper - or your wasting your investment.

Got sick of ink jet drying out when not using them for long periods of time. This printer was on sale and in my budget. So far it has done a fantastic job, It was this or upgrade to new Iwatch. I choose wisely.

This printer is really full featured for the price. Seems to always be on sale, so if you can get one in the $200 - $300 range do it! This is our second and I have no complaints. No problems whatsoever with either, does what it says it does well. Be aware though that the toner for this thing is expensive! All toner is, but a high-yield 4 cartridge replacement will run over $700....but of course it will last thousands of pages, so still a good value in the long run.

canon printer is very quiet and fast. easy setup and it has 3 yr warranty. better than the dell I replaced

This printer prints fast and is easy to use. Makes good copies and instructions are easy to follow.

Great printer but be warned that it is big! Does duplex printing very well and does have a 3 year warranty.
