Has the key features I wanted (duplex, network, color laser) and performs well at a reasonable cost. Although I didn't purchase it to print color photos, test prints look great when output on heavier weight paper intended for color laser printers. Really the only negative so far is that it's pretty bulky, but I knew that from seeing it in the store. Also, it handles envelopes better than my prior Brother multi-function printer (b&w)

Quick first print, great quality printouts, and fast scanning. The scanning speed improves if you plug it in directly to your computer rather than using the wifi, but that really only matters when you're scanning a large stack of documents. Be careful to download the correct drivers. I had to experiment with a few of them before finding the one that works for my setup.

This unit does it all and prints and scans with great quality. Incredible price for its type.

This All-In-One unit does a lot for the smaller size that it is. Very easy to place in a cabinet and use. All drawers open on the front only.

I bought this because I was tired of struggling with my old inkjet printer that didn't get used enough. The result was I had to clean the printer jets out almost every time I used it. It was a waste of time and money. This Canon printer doesn't have that problem, thank goodness! It prints quickly and without problem every time. I would have given it 5 stars except that the wireless printing function has been somewhat buggy. However, I only use it as a wired printer, so for me not a big issue.

Easy setup. Print quality is excellent. Scanner works well. Wireless is great. Color is good too.

It came in next day when we ordered it on our business account. Set up was fast, we haven't linked it to our network yet, but I've been using it to scan to USB and make copies and one of our customers thought the copy was the original signed form! High quality so far, we will be linking it up as fax machine and printer soon.

It took a few phine calls to tech support at Canon USA, but very helpful and professional and help set the email as well as wireless...(my issue was I was doing correctly, except my router was too close to the printer so was not recognizing the SSID !!!) I did not set the fax yet...But wireless printing form my phone even is so easy...good quality

This printer is AMAZING! It was a little difficult to setup, but Cannon customer service helped me out, no problems. It works great with my Mac!!! I am now a Cannon customer for life!

After having several inkjet multifunction printers die on my after about 1 year, I decided to try finding a more durable machine. This Canon is a terrific printer with very clear text and nice color reproduction. It works perfectly for the business documents that I print at home. The scanner and copier work great too. I haven't yet tried the fax.

As my first non-inkjet I was expecting the color to be terrible. This printer does an excellent job with photos unless you are very picky about the color. Images and text are very sharp and consistent. Duplex printing is very fast and so is the duplex scanning. Haven't used the FAX option but scans were fast and the images sharp. Card stock bends a little but that's to be expected with a laser. Overall it's a great color laser.

One of the best printers for home or small office. Very heavy - may need its own furniture.

So after many trips to Best Buy and looking at this printer numerous times, I finally made the purchase and it has yet to let me down. Being able to print on glossy paper and take comps to clients has been a blessing in disguise! If you are seriously thinking about making the switch from ink jet printer to laser, this is the one to buy!

It's unbelievably fast with advanced app features. It's silent in the sleep mode, unlike many HP competitors that have high-pitched noise. The duplex multi page scanning can scans both sides of each page and nicely places it into a PDF file. Cartridge is pricey but that's for all printers in this category.

We caught this printer on sale at Best Buy and decided to give it a try. We are very pleased with how well it integrated into our home wireless network and the quality of the prints. I was first concerned that the started toner wouldn't last long but after several months we're still on the original cartridges. Would highly recommend!

The quality of this printer is very good the only reason I did not give it 5 star is bc it is very large, bulky, and heavy.

This was replacing a 3 yr old OfficeJet inkjet printer whose printheads needed replacing...not cost effective to do so. At the price we paid for this, not sure it will be cost effective to buy new toner either...but it will last a long time since we don't print much (and no drying out to worry about). AirPrint works better on this printer than the last. Google Cloud print works well too.

Easy setup and beautiful printing! My spouse needed it for work. It works great!
