The EF lenses mount on crop and full frame cameras making them lifetime lenses for the amateur photographer. I purchased the lens for architectural photography. The wide angle allows me to capture large portions of any large room and the entire room in smaller areas. The professional grade glass helps capture images that are extremely sharp.

This is a great wide angle f4 zoom lens. This lens produces a sharp image and works well in moderately low light. It is not quite as fast as the 2.8 or 1.2 lenses but with the newer cameras supporting 3200 and 6400 ISO this lens is a great lens in a wide range of lighting conditions.

I bought this lens for real estate shoots and have found I use it for so much more! It's excellent for landscapes, large groups and when you are in tight places that you need the extra width. The picture quality is great and the lens is well made. I have recommended it to many others.

definitely suggest this for most everyday use... i have since upgraded to the 16-35 to get a 2.8 aperture to shoot astrophotography.

I originally bought this lens online. With only the f4 aperature, I decided to return this to the store, unopened and go with the Canon - EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM for the image stabilization. It's my first L series lens and I love it. Highly reccomend.

It is a great lens for the price. It's a good wide angle lens and it focuses quickly and quietly.

This is a great lens to have in your collection especially if you like taking landscape pictures. It is also great for indoor photography as it is able to grab all of the picture without distortion. The zoom component is very useful and allow you to use the lens as a normal 40mm as well. In all a versatile wide angle.

I'm using this lens on my Canon 6D Mark II and it works great for interior pictures. Great price for an f/4 since the f/2.8 was out of my budget.

This was a Christmas gift for my evolving photographer wife. It was a great addition to her camera kit and she has found a lot of use for it. Its a Cannon, so you get what you pay for and it is well worth the money - which is a reasonable cost.

I have always wanted L glass this lens is great. I use it on my canon 77d and 60d it has a good range and is super sharp and live the constant f4 through the focal range.

This lens makes my daughter's pictures look so clear. Makes her work look like she has been taking pictures all her life
