My husband gave this wide angle lens to me for Christmas. I have only had a chance to take photos of the back yard and the woods surrounding our house. So far I am impressed with the images and how much of the scene I can capture. I am anxious for nicer weather so I can take photos of the local lakes and beaches.

This is a very sharp lens. Perfect for low light landscape as well as group shots. The 1.8 28mm also makes a great walk about lens for vlogging and city scapes and with a prce tag at a third of the cost of the L lens. Big bang for the photographic buck..

Great lens. Use it on my 5Dmarkii for street shooting or when I don’t want the 24/70

Overall, this lens is about what I expected. Its a good everyday prime lens for full or cropped sensor cameras. I like the weight and portability of the small prime lens, however this light weight makes for a less "solid" feeling lens. (thats to be expected).

Got this for car shows. Absolutely great lens for the money.

I went to a Best Buy store to order this lens & first of all service was awesome! I ordered it on a Monday afternoon at 430 & it arrived 2 days later! Great experience all the way around. The lens is great, I have used a 50mm 1.4 mostly & this is similar to a 35mm on my crop sensor & I love the wider angle I get with it. So far no complaints.
